Great service
Hyundai palisade 2023 are hard to get period, but they have great stock and of they dont have it they will get it asap. I had been looking and waiting for 2 mpnths plus. Alvaro and Esther were amazing. The whole team came together and made it happen and delivery was 3 days for my hyundai palisade xrt 2023. Black on black n they added in beautiful red calipers and tint because they r great! I love their service.

Terrible transparent price experience
Tried to buy a new 2023 Santa Fe from Texan Hyundai last week. Below is my email sent back to their online purchasing manager. "Wow. Forget it. Looks like the entire deal online does not show the true data. Photo online shows car has 10 miles, you are showing 1801 miles on your offer sheet. Is this a new car or demo? If demo, is it even a certified demo? Online website shows MSRP of $43,990 less a dealer discount of $1287, along with Hyundai financing of 2.9% for 60 months which includes a rebate of $500. Net purchase price of $42,703 before ttl. Numbers you are showing on the offer sheet has MSRP of $43,990 PLUS market adjustment $3998 (not shown online) PLUS Protection package $3998 (not shown online) and no dealer discount, so a net purchase price of $52,000. Over a $10,000 difference, which is shocking. I guess we will pass on your SUV and buy from another more transparent dealership."

$5000 Hidden Dealer Markup!
Ignore prices listed by Texan Hyundai - I recently inquired about 2023 Santa Fe, ready to buy and assuming there’d be a $500 to $1000 markup added in at some point. The quote they sent added a $4,988 Dealer Markup to the price listed on Cars.com, making the listed price completely meaningless. Definition of bait and switch, bordering on false/fraudulent advertising.

Do not go to this dealer they are crooks.
Do not go to this dealer they are crooks. They have shady business practices and will play numbers game. Any honest dealer will give you their written offer when they refuse to do so they're hiding something. When I asked what the trade in was they tried to play games and flat out lied to me. Do yourself a favor and don't buy from crooks.

Not honest with actual vehicle price over phone
I was disappointed with the way I was treated here. I called to confirm the availability and pricing of some Palisades. Lexie confirmed they had 20+ Palisades on the lot and said the price was true to what the website had listed + TTL. I confirmed this twice over the phone on two different occasions that morning. We live 75 minutes from the dealership, so we decided to make the journey down based upon what Lexie said. We arrive and find a nice Palisade that we're considering purchasing. The salesman then goes back to his manager (hate the stupid games they play) and said there is a $10K market adjustment on the vehicle. I recognize that many of the dealerships are doing this on Tellurides and Palisades. Nevertheless, when the dealership confirms over the phone 2x that this is NOT the case, it's very frustrating to drive down under false pretenses. They also low balled the trade-in value on my Escalade. After one round of negotiating, they increased my trade-in value by $4K, but only reduced the market adjustment by $2K. Unfortunately, we're not interested in paying $8K over MSRP for a Palisade. The car isn't that special. So we left and it was a waste of 3 hours of our day. Just be TRANSPARENT and HONEST with your pricing. Why is that too much to ask when speaking on the phone?

Looking for a car after previous hit and totaled.
Looking for a car after previous hit and totaled. Understanding increased demand and dealers are forcing addons and some markup, but this dealership is way out of line with what I'm seeing along others. They have a $10000 markup. Of which maybe 3000 is for already overpriced insurance items. I really wish I had looked at the reviews before during 1.5 hrs to test drive. I hope all the locals remember how much they were gouged by this dealership when things get back to normal and take their business somewhere else. Salesman was Brandon and was very nice but the managers are way out to lunch.

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME !!!!
xxxx NO !!!!!!! Don’t waste your time !!!! They tell you what you want to head to get you in !!! I had a 16,000 dollar check made out to them & was ready to buy today,and they were trying to sell me a Palisade for 63,000 with no negotiation !!! Run Don’t do business here !!!!!! Also don’t talk Lexie she is just hustling to get people in the door they don’t negotiate!! We were treated so poorly!! I drove 3 hours out of the way !!

Wow what can I say.
Wow what can I say. $8k mark up over sticker for a Tucson! The mark up is not on the website nor is it on the sticker. We found out when I asked for a total price before giving a deposit to hold the car. He tried to say it fast so I didnt hear it. After questioning it, tried to say it covers the warranty. I shook my head, couldnt believe what he was saying. I didnt think car dealers still try to sneak in extra fees like a dealer markup. Listing one price, asking for a higher price when we get there. They are hard to reach anyone by phone. My wife and I gave up on this place. Should have known when they hung up on us the first time, to not go back
