I will say I was a little disappointed. My first car experience with them in 2023 was great (Rock Rd Location) and for some reason this last time all I did was go to a different location of theirs and the experience was suboptimal. There was lack of communication, the agreement was a drivers side window would be fixed prior to me moving the end of this month with my newborn to a different state (my last car i got from them was in process of being totaled) so I was in a slim spot and had not great credit. I can say they did get me approved for a good rate of 490/month. However the communication is lacking somewhere in their system. When finally told it was ready the vehicle still had the crack in the drivers side window (was not fixed like promised) if it would have been fixed we would of 100% took the vehicle, they did attempt to either offer to fix it (wasnt an viable option due to us moving and them promising that in the first place & it not getting done) or they offered to give us money to take it elsewhere to get it fixed? I am assuming it was an attempt to make it right, however just having had a newborn and this being our only vehicle we wouldnt of been able to of gone and gotten it fixed anywhere. I am disappointed & I felt like I was laughed at and my concerns not taken seriously at some points. We ended up having to go elsewhere. The guy I am sure was joking but made a comment about us shopping around still after getting us a good deal. The only reason we were still looking is because the lack of communication made us concerned they had sold the vehicle to someone else (thank god we did keep looking). Im not sure where the disconnect is from 2023 to now or from their east location on rock to the west st one but I definitley had a better time in 2023 at the rock rd location

We had an amazing experience at super car guys on Pawnee and Broadway in Wichita Kansas are sales person was amazing very respectful and listen to our needs if you're looking for a car go there and ask for Shawn Wytch he will most definitely get you taken care of

DO NOT USE. I have used SCG in the past and was pleased with their efforts, but todays visit was a nightmare. Sat for 2.5 hours, then a manager that couldnt speak English tried to upsell me to a higher amount than I stipulated, then another stated there was a $4k fee to get a loan I had to cover, then they rejected my trade-in valued at $7k because I wouldnt take $1500 for it, THEN the last manager tries to get us to use Payday advances, or other loans to increase my down payment. I told them NO multiple times and eventually left disappointed in their service. T>H>E>N the same manager contacts me at home multiple times saying I needed to hurry back, and I had only one choice even though I declined. Got rather rude with me in the end when I called him out for his antics. Dear God dude, theres MILLIONS of cars for sale in US. Im sure theres other options. Result: Bad service, poor staff conduct, and manipulative sales antics. Go elsewhere trust me. Update: Someone within SCG decided it would be cute to impersonate Walser Auto across town and pretend to offer me a car. I know it was SCG because NO ONE knew I was looking or applied anywhere else. Simple deduction. So the cruel joke was when I went to Walser, a much more elite and professional dealership, they would laugh at my poor credit and I would be humiliated. But. When I contacted Walser directly, they were very disturbed by this unprofessional conduct, and they treated me with dignity and kindness. To have a car lot play this tasteless cruel and demeaning prank on a customer says it all. GO ELSEWHERE. I recommend Walser. Really polite and kind people.

Was lied to and manipulated. The paperwork I signed showed a different payment that was 100 lower. I have already talked 2 people out of buying a car from them and I will not stop telling people they are scammers

Just another slimy car dealership that once you drive off the lot your SOL if you have a problem with your vehicle.

A very manipulative dealership once I told salesman or finance manager, I wasn’t interested. He harassed me intimidated me by sending me pictures of myself from my Facebook account. I reported this to super guys and they did absolutely nothing a terrible dealership. I bought three vehicles from them well that’s not happening ever again because they are a xxxx poor dealership.

I have left many voicemails about the jeep I was pushed into after I repeatedly told the sales rep I did not want a all wheel drive and wanted a Nissan Murano. He told me oh no this is 4 wheel drive. I told the seles manager it had dents that needed fixed and it had a short I thought and was told fixing it was not going to happen it was being sold to cheap as it was. Yeah it had over a hundred thousand miles. Now it's broke down and I can't get a hold of a service rep and I have tried 5 or 6 times to no avail. All the while I was broken down in the middle of Lincoln. I hate this car and I would not recommend them to anyone. Big big mistake

Wish I could give them a "0" Stars. They are the most dishonest, rudest dealership around. They are a Typical Bate and Switch Dealership. They should not be allowed to do business at all or at any of their sister dealerships. They try to sell vehicles they don't even own yet. They are less than honest and less than helpful. Website shows 6+ cars of interest and they only showed the one they don't own. None of the others were even shown and they wouldn't attempt to show them. The salesman was a little twerp that should be fired on the spot. He was argumentative and insulting.

I wouldn't buy a car there if I had cold hard cash. They are not personable and poor customer service

All I can say is bring your own Lube, they don’t use any!!! I will never do business with them again. Con Artists!
