Stay away.

Stay away. This dealership isn’t about doing the right thing. Went on a Saturday and test drove a van. Everything was great until I went to test windshield wipers and water started pouring into the van. Literally pouring in. Pointed this out and they wanted to keep it for weekend before finalizing sale to make sure it wasn’t anything crazy. Ended up just being a disconnected water line. During that weekend, they siphoned the gas from a full tank to almost empty. (Confirmed by service this so done) and also someone smoked and drove in the vehicle. Had an additional 100 miles on it and smelled so bad it was like bearable on drive home. Zero smell during test drive. Me and my wife would have smelled it. We’re 2 months out and still has odor. 2 weeks after purchasing I reached out to Max the sales rep. He was and is a pleasure to work with, sadly he works for this company. Let him know the AC is blowing hot and it’s the first nice day to tell. He said bring in and they will fix. Brought it in today and they wanted to charge me $100 as a deal because it’s normally $300 to recharge the AC that should have been done during 125 checkpoint. GM Ed said he’s charging me because I didn’t buy the extended warranty and he wouldn’t of sold the car during the initial sale. I paid cash and they gave me a $300 discount off the sticker price. Really beat them up apparently. I paid the $100 after arguing with them as they don’t care about you or the car the minute it leaves regardless if it’s their issue or not. I don’t ever write reviews but this scummy treatment deserves it. If they will do it to me and it’s their fault, imagine what they will do to you. Do the right thing and take care of the issue when it was sold as a car with cold AC. The excuse they gave was if they had to recharge it previously they would of charged more for the car so they won’t recharge and do the right thing. Their 125 pt inspection is a lie. Take care to your own mechanic. Don’t be a fooled by them. Bad upper management and ownership. Siphoned the gas!!! That’s a Huge Red Flag!

I was looking at a Chevy impala on the website it says

I was looking at a Chevy impala on the website it says $16,995. I got in contact with them. I was trying to see the price was flexible so it could fit in my budget. The person who answered the phone just said how about you come and look at it and then we can talk pricing. I pull up and they tell me car is priced at $20,000. I tried telling them no in a million ways. They were more persistent at trying to throw me this car for $20,000 than they were trying to work with me. They were really trying to scam me!!! I came on here and left a review 2 days ago, they just called me and asked me to remove the review. l'd personally think if they actually cared about their customers they should've asked how can they make it up to me not just blankly asking me to remove it and invalidating my feelings.

I bought a car 10/19/24.

I bought a car 10/19/24. On 12/15/24, it had to be towed due to engine and turbocharger failure. It sat at one mechanic for a month before he finally informed me he didn’t want to work with the warranty company Royal sold to me anymore. The one they said “I could take anywhere” and cost 2 grand. I called Royal, where their service department told me the mechanics didn’t wanna work on it because they didn’t know what the previous mechanic had done to it. It was brought to a Hyundai dealer, where they informed me that the engine had been replaced with no service history of it, so they wouldn’t touch my car. I called Royal, where the manager told me he’d speak to the owner and to tow the car there by Monday morning (on my dime), and he’d let his team know about this. I called Royal on Monday, he’s not even there and no one has any idea of what I’m talking about. Now I’m being told that no one has even looked at my car yet and maybe they’ll have an answer for me by Friday. Their customer service is horrible, the entire team is a joke. Do NOT buy a car from this place. It has been since 12/15 since I’ve had my car yet I’ve still had to make payments on it. Absolutely ridiculous.

Absolute worst customer service!

Absolute worst customer service!! Do not buy a car here. They told us nothing was wrong with the car but yet didn’t want us to take it to our mechanic. Max is the only professional in the building. Supervisors are a joke. What a disgrace they should be ashamed of themselves.

Go elsewhere !

Go elsewhere !! we went back today to buy the car that I test drove yesterday. Had an appointment to pick the car up and take to my mechanic. They let somebody else test drive the car while I was there and then sold it to them while I was there to buy the car!! Absolutely unbelievable. The worst customer service! Max was the only one that was professional with us. The supervisors and managers could have cared less that they screwed us over!!

Keke in service department is amazing I was furious about

Keke in service department is amazing I was furious about a car I purchased it was messing up and she set an appointment and just talked to me about it being a used car that’s why we have warranties. She speaks highly of the owner and staff. She’s the best service person they’ve had

I am back and forth with this dealership.

I am back and forth with this dealership. They helped me get in an affordable car and closed the deal quickly. But a few weeks later the car died on the side of the highway. They had me bring it in to see what was wrong and they replaced the engine. Which was great but I received no information on the work done after multiple requests for the information. Fast forward less than a year and the car is shutting down while driving. I know it was a used car but to not even get a year out of it. Very upsetting. Now every time I call they pass the buck to someone else. I’ll keep trying.
