My car sadly caught on fire and was a total loss. I had to buy a car quickly and my husband and I are car people. We had a long list of possible cars to try out in a hurry. Our first stop was Gebhardt. I have used them for service before and thought of buying a car from them a few times. Tony was the sales person and he worked hard to give us a good deal without being pushy, let me drive fully, and was knowledgeable in showing us all the options in the car. We walked away because the purchase was something necessary but unexpected and we were hoping to find a car that was a bit cheaper. Our experiences at Fisher Acura, Flatirons Subaru, Audi of Denver and Planet Hyundai were all absolutely terrible. We tried to purchase a Subaru WRX from Flatirons Subaru and they screwed up the sale horrendously. Next we decided on purchasing the Hyundai Elantra N and the whole experience was a little too relaxed, although the sales person was very nice, he seemed to have no interest in making the sale and made no effort to find another car for us. The one they had had features we didn’t want. So, kismet brought us back to Gebhardt! Once again the service was amazing from the moment I walked back in. We went on an extended drive in the car to make sure it was the right one and he was helpful and paid attention to my concerns. Buying the car was an amazing experience from there. It was my first new car purchase and I am SO glad I had it with Gebhardt. Also extremely pleased with the car, the value of it, the follow-up from the dealership and BMW in general. It was a stretch to buy this car, but completely worth it because of the dealership and their customer service.

Aileen was great. She answered most of my questions and was more than willing to research questions she didn't have ready answers for. I enjoyed her sense of humor and comradery, which went a long way toward stress free negotiations. I felt I got a very good deal on one of BMW's top of the line CPO vehicles. I appreciated the dealership's (Mr. Gebhardt's) significant concession to arrive at a price I could agree upon.
