Overall my experience was ok. It took over an hour to get the car so that I could see it when I first visited, despite having an appointment. If I'd known it was at the used car lot I would have gone there. Also, there was essentially no negotiation on price which I thought was a little unfair based on the fact that it was used, slightly overpriced, had been on the lot for awhile, and I had to wait an extremely long time just to see the car. Also, no one explained anything about how the car worked inside to me, I had to learn it all after I purchased. Other than that, my experience was fine.

John Tynan helped us understand the specific issues related to our BMW model and the one we were evaluating. While we were test driving the new car he had the financial comparison done. There was never any pressure -only information for us to consider. The entire process was very comfortable and professional
