Not every purchase works the way you expect and sometimes the vehicle doesn’t work out. Usually, you’re on your own. Not true at Gebhardt! From the salesman to the finance guys (Tom) and the GM Tomaso all came together and not only fixed me up but I left with a better vehicle than I could’ve rightly hoped for. Deceptive sales process. I did not get a good deal on my car and it was in worse condition than described with numerous scratches and dents. The dealership also charged more than the CarMax said the car was worth and refused to budge on price. I bought this car from out of state and had I been there in person I likely wouldn't have bought this car.
