Frustrating
Purchased a new Ford Fusion 4 years ago and have been overall happy with my purchase... looking for a new car and went back to Harris Ford ... they offered me $3000 less than what KBB post as the mid- offer for my trade ... went on test drive ... the new vehicle had been heavily snaked in ... they clumsily sprayed ozone in it to get rid of the smell (but not the ashes all over the steering column and floor) ... when I go to give the keys back ... I bring up the discrepancy in KBB and their price ... the sales manager goes on on how inaccurate KBB is ... I look at him and say ... are you telling me I should’ve bought a Honda? Everyone behind the sales managers desk nods yes ... soooo learn by my mistake .... don’t buy a ford ... really don’t buy a Ford from Harris ... and go to your nearest Honda or Toyota dealership

Poor Customer Experience
I purchased a used F350 for $55k and drove away with 1 key and a quarter tank of fuel. I have purchased a lot of cars and have never only gotten 1 key and never driven away without a full tank of fuel. I spoke to the director of customer relations and he told me that on used cars that is normal, only new and CPOd cars get 2 keys and a full tank. I guess spending $55k doesnt warrant basic customer service.

Too long of a story to write but bottom line is dont get conceived by the nice building and nice vehicles at the show room they are liars and dishonest like a lot of xxxxty dealerships out there.

Great Car Buying Experience
Great service, the car was ready for us to view, the sales rep did his homework and had answers to our questions. The people we interacted during the purchase were very professional and to the point. They made it a very pleasant experience.

Worst dealership I ever encountered
Do not buy your car here. Although the salesperson we worked with was friendly, helpful, and professional, the back office folks are either incompetent or shady (or both). To make things worse, the financial institution they work with is also completely incompetent, and uses some very questionable practices. To make matters worse, their management level folks don't seem to be very responsive, which makes me think the problems are systemic, rather than an isolated case of misunderstanding. If this is how all Ford dealerships behave, it's no wonder they're struggling.

Racist
RACIST!!! First of all he asked for $4000+ more for price of the car that they listed on the website. And he said I don’t show this car to normal people like you( what normal people he means is brown people) He said it’s an expensive car and I don’t think so you can afford it. I complaint to manager TOM about this racial comment and he wasn’t seem much concerned about this racial issue. DONT GO TO THIS RACIST DEALERSHIP

Great people, my truck is well taken care of. Have gotten many years of dependable service by having Harris Ford do most of my maintenance. They don't oversell you on things you don't need.
