Service was prompt when entering service bay. Requested service was reviewed, additional service was recommended and reviewed and after service tech inspected the vehicle brake replacement was recommended and explained. Service advisor Michael Weatherman assured all service discussed was fully documented and correct, gave me a completion time and arranged a service shuttle to take me home.

Took my car in for a recall notice. Was able to set up appointment at day and time I needed. Took 2 hours. Picked up when it was done. Service people so friendly.

Nick Ruth is super professional and friendly service advisor. The new service building is awesome, very spacious waiting room with the usual honda amenities thats a cool reason to wait & relax until they completed service on my car.

I made appointment and time quotes were pretty exact. The car runs smooth. Customer service was great. Spoke to the mechanic and he was kind enough to not talk over my ability to understand my car issue.

The new service center is nice. You just pull-up and the door opens for you to drive over the new Tire tread and alignment monitor.

Mr Weatherman is very personable and wasn’t pushy. He explained the cost and charges of the service clearly. He gave an accurate time frame for when the car would be finished.
