The work done on my Pilot was done on time/as estimated...

The work done on my Pilot was done on time/as estimated Recommended fluid change work done well before scheduled time w/o checking vehicle records as it was done under another task. I asked for the engine coolant to be changed when it was done with timing belt change only 10,000 miles previously. Why did Keenan not look at my service history and mention that it was done only 10,000 miles previously. Why would I need it done so soon again? Similarly rear differential fluid replacement was done about 12,000 miles previously. Honda’s maintenance section of owners manual only mentions “Maintenance Minder” to tell me when service is due, not service interval time nor mileage. Thus if service is done early, it would tell me to do that service at a longer service interval than is recommended. Similarly, work done late will be done again at shorter interval than recommended instead of adding mileage and duration time of last service point to generate a revised service point. Very UN-sophisticated. Honda is more advanced than this, I would hope!

My service advisor Mr. Nick Ruth was very helpful.

The BelAir Honda facility is very modern and the new service area is quite spacious, roomy and conducive to a relaxed waiting period. I have purchased three Honda vehicles at this dealership and I am always impressed with their informed and professional service staff.

Great Service

Took my car for oil change and ended up getting some regular maintenance, as well. It all worked out great for me. I decided to wait for the service to be completed because surroundings were so nice. Service Dept. is very good - I am driving my 4th Honda Civic and they have all been services at Bel Air Honda (now Heritage Honda). However, when I purchased my current Honda from this dealership my experience was less than favorable. Sorry - that's why I checked "No" for recommendation. Must say, can't beat the them for service!

Finished faster than anticipated. Free car wash. Good explanation of services. Really nicely (recently remodeled) waiting area. A bit on the expensive side, but if they continue to do quality work I will continue to pay.

My service coordinator (Michael Weatherman) was professional and took the time to answer my questions. I felt taken seriously and not talked down to (which is often the case in many auto repair shops) Thanks again for awesome service!!!

Beautiful brand new service department!! My service advisor Nick was very friendly and gave me a tour of the new facility. In and out within an hour for oil change, tire rotation and car wash. Highly recommend

My car broke down on Belair Rd, so it had to be towed to...

My car broke down on Belair Rd, so it had to be towed to Heritage Honda. I met with Kevin a service advisor and he worked my car in on a busy day. They fixed the problem, changed oil,etc and back on the road again. Thanks for fixing my car Heritage Honda.

Great Service and the staff are pleasant. The setting is nice too i.e., sitting area comfortable for reading or wrking (on laptop) while waiting and complimentary teas and coffee a plus!
