I had a great experience with the service department. I brought the car by Saturday and it was worked on when the part came in on Tuesday. On time and always friendly. Kristy gave me a quick appt and Keenan Davis was the service attendant.

Two recalls
Great service at Heritage. However American Honda didn’t make parts available for the steering wheel problem. They were continuing to build cars so parts were available. They just chose to leave a serious safety situation undone. One other thing. When I talked to the American Honda rep he stated that the call was being recorded. When I kidded that I was recording it also he ended the call and hung up on me. That action is probably illegal.

Friendly, Informative and Reliable
I had an amazing experience at Heritage Honda's Service Department. I went in without an appointment and was told I needed the 30,000 mile work up on car They explained each component to me to make me aware of importance of having it done. I highly recommend them and will definitely be back!

Service from service writer good but technicians fair
Did not repair everything requested and put wrong oil reminder sticker on vehicle. I expect more from Honda service since I pay more for it

Service Department
I have nothing but good things to say. Purchased a new vehicle a few weeks ago and have been in the process of adding some new interior parts. I've been working with a service advisor named Charles Robbins and he has done everything to make sure I've had a good experience! Will definitely be returning to Chuck for any future needs and will be recommending him to others!!

Out-of-town problem.
Chuck Ribbins listened to my problem and had it fixed within a couple of hours. Thanks to Chuck and the mechanics my trip back to FL was on time and safe.

Painless, comfortable
New service center is way more comfortable, so waiting isn't as painful as it's been in the past. They weren't able to figure out my issue on the first visit, so I had to go back for a second where they nailed down the issue. No charge for second time, so no sweat off my back. Pricing was a little steep. Being charged to just check something out is a bit rough, but sometimes absolutely necessary.

My odyssey
Service department is excellent! I trust Christy and the service technicians. I am driving my second odyssey and as long as Christy is overseeing I will remain a Honda client.
