Very helpful and friendly

My review over all is excellent, I would definitely recommend friends and family, if ever I want a new car I will definitely return. I feel like I know her that's how she makes us feel..( like what we want is important.

Commendable work again from service advisor Nick Ruth. He was courteous, articulate, and patient in explaining the nature of the repairs and the importance of making selected repairs. He took a long-term view of my options, saying this repair can wait, but this repair should be done while the car is here for routine service. The shop is under renovation, and waiting in the temporary customer waiting area was going to be a little awkward. Instead, Nick found me an empty desk in a quiet corner of the sales area so I could do some work on my computer in a comfortable setting. Much appreciated.

A/C Repair

Came in for a/c repair. Scott our service rep was very professional and courteous. He kept me updated on status of my repair and offered shuttle service home so I wouldn’t have to wait there a long time.

Very helpful.

I took our car for a recall issue. It was taken care of in a timely matter. I was able to get a shuttle ride home and back when my car was finished.

Top service

I was very pleased with the gentleman that greeted and helped me through my service. He was very kind and knowledgeable. He explained everything to me. He was clean cut with a really good attitude and enjoyed his job. In summary he was a true gentleman!

An Offer Too Good To Refuse

I had the pleasure of working with Jonathan Solovey today. I came in to talk about a possible upgrade. Jon walked me thru a litany of questions I had. I am very curious by nature. Jon had answers for every question I had. We had a long test drive and I was sold. I feel much more secure when the seller has intimate product/service knowledge. Jon has this in spades. Very impressive. Lastly, car buying always takes forever and a day to process everything. Today has gone exceedingly well and this may be one of the smoothest transitions I have had in all my years dealing with the automotive industry. Kudos to Jon (sales) & Donald (Mgmt)

Great service

Again great service. Have been there the last few times this month to diagnose an AC problem. They realize there’s a leak and it will be fixed once parts are in.
