I got what I wanted with no pressure or hassle.
Nate Goggins helped me with my decision to buy a used Honda Accord from Heritage. He was great to work with because he didn’t pressure me. I don’t like to be pressured. He was also very respectful and gave me the time and space I needed to decide about buying a car. I would recommend him to anyone who prefers a sales associate who cares about his customer and who will work toward giving you what you want.

Brought my CR-V in for a software update.
I was told that software update would take no more than an hour wait instead it was a 1 1/2 hrs.wait. Other than that service was good.

Highly recommend Heritage Honda
I have owned my Honda Pilot since 2015. I was pleased with the deal I got when I purchased it. I felt my salesman, Chris Shroeder worked with me to get a fair price. I was not pressured to make a deal at anytime and he didn't hound me while I took time to make my decision. The people there are pleasant. We wound up buying another Pilot in 2016. We had another great experience with our salesperson Sheila Nesbitt. She provided accurate information about the Pilot. She was friendly and easy to work with. Felt we got a fair deal. I am pleased with my service and recommend Keenan Davis to be your service advisor. He ensures my concerns are addressed and service/repairs done properly and timely, keeps me posted on recommendations and the progress of my service. He is attentive and always gives me discounts where he can. He is polite, professional and customer service oriented. I feel like I am in good hands with him looking out for my Pilot. Lastly, he always takes off the annoying service tag on my keyring before giving my key back! Attention to details is what matters! Mr. Davis gets five stars!

Eduard S. Is very attentive to the customer’s needs, he is very patient and untiringly showed me all the vehicles I wanted to check and offered a test drive to every single one of them despite of the extremely hot weather during my visit, he is very respectful to my decisions, he is not pushy and gives me time to decide and make comparisons making the vehicle search stress free.
