Is very attentive to the customer’s needs, he is very patient and untiringly showed me all the vehicles I wanted to check and offered a test drive to every single one of them despite of the extremely hot weather during my visit, he is very respectful to my decisions, he is not pushy and gives me time to decide and make comparisons making the vehicle search stress free. NON-WORKING A/C UNDER GUARANTEE. FIXED PROMPLTLY.
Scott was very nice, very helpful. I was not scheduled , but stopped in to see if a quick fix was possible. Dealer provided a ride home when I didn't want to wait 2 hours. (People already scheduled were getting work done and all mechanics were busy) Waiting for a ride home took awhile, but driver was as pleasant as Scott. 4.95 out of 5 stars! Thanks Honda of Bel Air

B/S and lies
Had me come to dealership to update broken radio then claimed America Honda tech lied to them and they didn?t get to update my radio, missed time from work and 30 mile round trip for nothing.

Run around
B/S and lies, 32 thousand dollar car with a busted radio. Had me come to dealership to update radio and claimed America Honda tech lied to them and they didn’t have the update. Are you kidding me!

We have prepaid for 10 free oil changes. We were able to call and get an appointment on the same day. The 7,000 mile checkup was an oil change and tire rotation. That was done in less than hour.
