Even though I thought the missing screw and fastener from side wheel and heat shield during my vehicle service, was not at fault. They still replace it free of charge, also remove the debri inside the heat shield. Thank you again.

Nick Sloan is the gentleman who regularly takes care of my CRV! He is very knowledgeable as to what my CRV needs!! He is also the only one who realized I was a Veteran and gahas given me a Veteran's discount since!! For this I am very thankful!!
