Very stressful
My salesperson was Sheila was great but the guy that established the trade in came up with a very low price, It was insulting it was 3000 less than 3 other dealers was told that it was a different season???? I was insulted. Almost walked out 3 times took 4hrs to make a simple sale. Would never tell anyone to go to Belair Honda the stress was to much doesn't need to be.

Friendly and Effcient
I brought my car in for its first oil change and the staff was highly efficient, very friendly and completed the work in record time. Waiting accommodations were very clean and comfortable so their hospitality can't be beat! It was a very pleasant experience

Wheels
I needed new tires, so I went in for new tires. I left with over $1500 of services that I really wasn’t sure I needed, but was talked into because I’m a complete novice at car care. Not sure if I was taken for a ride, but my car definitely sounds and feels like it runs better, so whether they overcharged me or not, they did good work.

The maintenance service was terrible
Maintenance service was terrible. Waited over 2 and a half hours for an oil change because the service manager went to lunch with no warning.
