Honda CR-V

I am so pleased with my new Honda CR-V. What a wonderful car. Also an amazing experience with Nicole. She went above and beyond to help me while she was even busy with other customers.

Regular maintenance

Everything went great. No pressure to "buy" services that I didn't want. I was impressed that my car was finished at exactly the time they stated. I was also happy to find a quiet place to sit and read aside from the lounge. Much better than my last experience where a worker lied, told me he was a manager and left me to sit in the cold. I hope he's nolonger employed there.

Fast personal customer service, only took 1 hour and estimated time was 2 hours to complete safety recall for replacement of drive side air bag

Alternator Replacement

I was heading north on I-95 on the Saturday of Memorial Day weekend, when the battery warning light illuminated on my 2008 CR-Vs instrument panel. I called the Heritage Honda Bel Air service department and they said to bring it in and they would look at it. I arrived at 12:30pm, and by 4:30pm the problem had been diagnosed and repaired, and I was back on the road for the weekend. Jim McHugh was fantastic, keeping me up to date on my options, so I could continue my vacation travel that afternoon.

Excellent Service

Have been buying and servicing my cars at this Honda location for 14 years. Recently had two recurring car problems diagnosed and repaired. Service center is very professionally run and Christina and Jim always make me feel like a valued customer.

not what I expected

Michael seemed nice enough but really not well informed about the options he could use to deliver a great customer experience. He knew about the car, but he mixed up our paperwork and it took HOURS on the phone with our insurance company to fix an error that should have been double checked before we left the lot. It was a major hassle. It seemed to me like once Michael got the sale he was done with trying to accommodate the needs of his customer. I wish him the best of luck. We are Honda fans but we will not purchase a car from him again in the future.

Terrible Service Manager

Does not know how to treat people needs to learn respect for customers and is not a man of his word!!! Talks to you like you are dumb and ignorant!
