Great experience

Just got an oil change but they had the best service. I would go there over any place. I couldn’t thank them enough. I left there with a smile.

Very quick tire service

Replaced my flat tire very quickly. I was very satisfied since they had everything on hand. When I got my car back it was just as I left it

Oil Change and Navigation upgrade

It was a pleasure having Scott Cheuvront to deal with on having my car serviced. Not only was the work done quickly but he also took the time to explain about future service work and when the transmission fluid would be changed and gave me a heads-up as to what the cost will run. He always greets me and my Son in a professional manner which often times these days is overlooked.

Honda shifting hard and brakes noisy

I hoped it just needed the transmission fluid changed. Scott convinced me to flush the transmission, and I agreed that it was worth it considering the transmission fluid had never been changed in the car's 48,000 miles. He also suggested we turn the rotors and change the brake fluid. Transmission is shifting properly again; too early to tell about the brakes, but good so far. Did a good job, gave the car back to me earlier than promised, and at a slightly lower price.

Service of my Acura

Service Dept. Staff especially Christina and Nick were very friendly and efficient. They understood the problem and solved it immediately. I will definitely use this service center again.

Brake Repairs

The process was very good overall. The service rep, Keenan did a great job explaining everything and estimating the cost. The repairs went well and seem to be working properly.

My car died on Interstate highway. Car was towed to Heritage Honda.Service diagnosis called for a new car. Choices & purchase options presented well and explained thoroughly!
