Courteous, but slow

I arrived on time for my 9 am appointment. I didn't really move the check in process but it seemed excessive for the customer to have to sit and wait as he looked up all the codes online (recalls) and transcribed them from one page to another for 30 minutes. Thanks could have been done without me there. At the end, two requests weren't followed-- I asked that they put my car on a charger when done (PHEV) and that they call me when it was done. Otherwise all was well.

Great customer service

My service rep was very professional and knowledgeable through my entire experience and an amazing representation of Honda. I hope to work with this rep every time I have an appointment

Easy and straightforward

All was straightforward, super easy and quick. Nicholas Sloan has been my service advisor a couple of times and have been very pleased both times. I know I left there in a much better mood than when I had arrived.

Not professional

Michael lacks professionalism! There is a process and even Michael Yim needs follow it! Being obnoxious such as Michael really gets you no where other than a bad review! Just saying.... Be nice Michael.

Very helpful and friendly

Good experience overall. Waiting room had a charger and TV making the waiting experience smooth and comfortable. Quick service as well, only wait for an hour.

They help used car salesmen live up to their reputation!!!

I went there pre approved for a loan and made it very clear to the salesman and manager that I was going through my bank. When we get to the time to sign all the paperwork, they had all the paperwork drawn up for "their" bank. Then only after we take delivery of the vehicle, they hand us 1 key pad. They claim that is all they had??? REALLY, this is a dealership. So my wife went back to the service department a few days later to have them cut another key/pad. They charge her almost 300 dollars for what should have been given to us in the first place. Poor customer service, will not purchase anymore vehicles from them.

skilled mechanic

Brought the vehicle back for a worsening performance issue since service last November. The mechanic could not find anything specific and requested that we drive the vehicle with him. During the drive, we noticed that the problem had resolved. Our discussion with him led to the revelation the the air filter cover had not been seated properly when he evaluated the car initially. Thank you Blaine for your knowledge and determination to get to the bottom of the problem.

Awesome customer service rep

Dealership has changed a lot since purchase of my Honda Pilot in 2015. CSR was top notch; Very courteous, knowledgeable and respectful individual.that oversaw my air bag replacement.

Service for my CR/V

Nick Sloan was courteous and helpful. The whole experience was pleasant and painless. The waiting area was clean and who would not be happy about the free coffee?
