Horrible experience horrible customer service

We bought a used vechile from this dealer and after doing all the paperwork we were promised they would stand by there vechile. They rushed the detailing on the vechile we purchased and it was not done correctly. The next day we took it back and again in one hour it was still not done correctly. The side of the bumper was missing clips and max refused to even look at it and said he wouldn’t put the clips in because it wasn’t part of the vechile price. He was very sarcastic and showed no sense of customer service.

Fraudulent service practices

Bought a new CR-V in 2016. Sales transaction went fine. I try and stay with the dealer for service, but after many mistakes by the service department, and catching them in fraudulent practices, I decided it was time to stop going to Bel Air Honda. The service department was charging for services, however, they are not being performed. Furthermore, I am now seeing it just wasn't a one time thing. I have been using a more reputable service center and it was time for a transmission fluid flush. It was supposed to be completed by Bel Air Honda, but my current mechanic saved the old fluid and explained to me it was the original factory fluid. I hope my transmission is not ruined. Save the money and trouble and find a real service center to perform the work honestly. This place is nothing but mistakes and fraudulent practices. Horrible, horrible experience. The service manager was nothing but excuses as well. No customer service at all. It's all about money!

Never again!

I have to say it is the worst! I went for quick oil change. The first day they said would be 1.5hrs but recommended I come back early in the morning. So I did, was told 45min to hour. I was like perfect, that’s what the other guy said. Almost 2 hours later I was done!!!!! I was furious! I kept asking because I had an appointment to be at and was told not much longer. I could see my keys sitting on the guys desk prob for 15 min before I was checked out. Absolutely ridiculous! Not to mention the new waiting room is in a room with no windows and you feel like you are in some hospital waiting room. I told them before I left the place needed to get it together. You would have thought they would have sent a manager to see how they could improve... but nope! They didn’t care.

Excellent

Shelia really knew a lot about the Truck we were purchasing and the surrounding area during our test drive. We plan to come to this dealership for our future car purchases!

Been buying car from chris for year

I started off trading in my acura with chris when he got me in an accord. I then got a used Nissan from him then to another Accord. Chris is an amazing salesman and great manger. I do not deal with anyone else in the dealership. I would call and ask about a car and within minutes i would have answers. Between myself and my family we have bought 8 cars from Bel Air Honda and Chris.

Happy minivan customer

Nicole, along with everyone we dealt with at heritage Honda, was absolutely wonderful! My husband and I stopped by to look at used minivans with our 2 year old and 8 month old in tow. Nicole was so patient with our children, and with us. She showed us multiple vans, answered all of our questions, helped us load and unload our kids into all the vans we test drove, and even gave our two year old (and us!) snacks when he got hungry! We ended up buying a 2019 Odyssey! We are so happy we were able to spend the time we needed at the dealership with a patient salesperson who didn’t rush us or pressure us into anything. We ended up with the brand new Odyssey, even though we planned on buying used, because she was so willing to work with us and answer all of our questions and allowed us the time we needed to weigh our options and learn what we needed to about the vehicles before we made a decision. We are very happy we “just stopped in to check out some used minivans”!!!

Poor experoene

Set up an appointment to see a car and waited all afternoon to go to dealership to see car but dealership kept putting me off. They (Sales Manager and sales rep) kept calling me and telling me they were "cleaning the car up" Now they sold the car to someone else. Poor customer service.

registration and option problems

We still do not have our south Carolina tags that were supposed to be transferred by the dealer after our purchase. I can not get our myrtle beach city parking permit with a temporary tag.

The “BEST”Car buying experience ever!!!

Came into Heritage Honda In Bel Air today with very low expectations on walking out of the dealership with anything. I was so nervous when I did my pre approval online and received a call back from Ms.Shelia Nesbit, just let me tell you she made sure this experience was an amazing one; I normally don’t do these reviews but she is very deserving, patient, polite and anything you would want in a salesperson. I wasn’t expecting all that I’ve gained from this experience, I thought I was gonna come in here to a person that was just trying to meet their quota and give me whatever they needed to get rid of on the lot. If you are looking for a easy going, patient dealer Ms.Shelia is the one for you! I appreciate the mini counseling session on how to higher my credit score. Thanks a ton Ms.Shelia it was a pleasure working with you!
