Takes care of issues

I purchased a used car last month, and had some significant, but not initially obvious, issues about the car within a week. Aside from the Sales Manager, everyone was very helpful, and they did what was needed to get the car to 100% down to the smallest details. Lesson learned: Check the electronics before you buy, and go straight to the GM if you have a issue.

Overall good experience

I took my car in for transmission repair. The staff was courteous, and the mechanics fixed the vehicle at a reasonable price. I would go here again without hesitation.

Interim service check

My passenger side daytime running lamp had gone out and I needed an oil change and they got me in quickly, explained the repair and I was out in less time than originally expected. I would recommend Heritage and the customer service team to others

Mr. ECClark

Needed an oil change only. A thorough service inspection was also performed and a few items in need of repair were pointed out. I was disappointed, however; that the door lock actuator problem with my CR-V was not covered by a recall. I had literature showing that Honda had agreed to settle a lawsuit after years of complaints, but was told by the dealership they had no knowledge of any recalls on the door lock actuator.

Service at Heritage

The service department at Heritage was wonderful. All of my questions were answered. I was informed of the details of my service, provided with an estimate of the costs and given a time that it would be completed. I was extremely satisfied with this service.

Horrible customer service

They only care about getting a car out the door and promise they want your service and sales because they stand by there cars and name. When we signed all the paperwork the took the used car to detailing and did a horrible job. Then we brought it back the next day and it was still a horrible job. We complained about missing clips on the bumper and the manager Max Grossman was a total jerk with no respect and refused to even look at what clips they were and said they would not cover the clips.
