Heritage Honda Bel Air
working with heritage Honda of Bel air was an amazing experience. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. It was a true team effort. I was able to go and immediately talk to my sales rep, Mike Ballard. We were able to go on test drives in a vehicle we wanted easily. He was able to explain to us all the features of the car and ultimately work out the deal that we wanted! Sheila Nesbit was a great help as well in helping finalize the paperwork as we were in a rush to wrap up. Great overall experience.

Great Experience
Purchased my 2018 Accord Touring from Nate in June of 2018. He was very knowledgeable and easy to work. There was never any pressure or unusual sales tactics. I told him what I was looking for and he made it happen. Very professional young man.

Sheila was very nice and listened to me
I went in to the dealership looking for the sales manager Brian . Who i met out and about town . it was a few months ago , Brian remembered me, and turned me over to Shelila. I told Sheila what i was looking to do and she was very helpful . Sjeila showed me the cars i asked about and took a test drive . This car was for my wife who was at work till later that day . I told Sheila I would be back when she got off. I had my trade looked at so it would speed up this process. I came back with with she took a test drive and we made a deal . Horrible Service
DO NOT bring your car here. The service is TERRIBLE. Christina and her team are rude and try to screw you out of money. Tried to get me to pay $700 when other Honda dealers I called priced me at $350 for the same work. When confronted Christina beat around the bush and couldn't give me an answer. When I asked why a different service was performed than the one I asked, she was not educated on the issue at all and told me I should just be happy because the service ended up being cheaper. NO! If I wanted a different service I would have gone somewhere else. They do not inform there costumers of a change in service until the work is performed. NEVER HEARD OF SUCH A THING! Dealt with serval other Honda dealers before to have my car serviced and never had any issues. This dealer has awful customer service.

Quick and competent
Jacque Brown was my salesman and he was very helpful explaining the new aspects of my 2019 honda since there were 2 major design changes since my last purchase in 2014. He made the sale quick and as painless as possible and was very personable.

Easiest and most delightful car purchase thus far! My husband and I came into Bel Air Honda looking to trade in our leased 2015 CRV for a new Pilot and we were both amazed at how genuine and easy it was to get the Pilot we wanted. New pilot
I hate the experience of buying a new car, but Nicole made it a lot less painful than I expected! She and her manager worked to get us to the price we were able to pay and she clearly explained all the features of the new car.

I had a nice experience buying a car today at this dealership. Jack Brown was my sales person, Max was one of the managers and Andrew was the finance manager. They all worked very hard to make sure that I got a deal that I was happy with.

Solid Experience!
I purchased a pre-owned Honda from Heritage Bel Air Honda and it was a rather straightforward experience. Mike Yim was excellent in showing me the vehicle, accompanying me on a test drive, and going over its history and maintenance records. He was friendly, knowledgeable, honest, and transparent. The sales management team was average. I won't go into the specifics, but there was an "advertising error" with the online listing of the vehicle I ended up purchasing and that group of individuals didn't seem to care or want to accommodate for the error. It wasn't clear to me whether or not this management team actually wanted my business. I did wind up deciding to purchase the vehicle, but not because of this group. On the back-end, Mike Dowdy who handled the closing was excellent as well! Seemed like a real "straight shooter" and was extremely efficient. It was one of the quickest car deal closings I've ever experienced! So all good from the front-end and back-end guys. I would recommend Heritage Bel Air Honda, but with some caveats.
