2012 Ford Fusion recent The Wrks Service

Upon my arrival I was quickly met by your Service Writer Brittany Wetzel, who very professionally inquired about my service needs. She clearly described the services proved in the Works offer, the estimated service charges and the approximate completion time. She also offered coffee and directed me to their waiting area. Upon completion of the services Brittany located me and directed me to your cashier. She was also very professional in clearly explaining the services performed and the charges. I?ll gladly recommend Malloy Ford to friends and associates!

The young man and his supervisor worked together most of the day and got Me in the vehicle that I wanted and were able to stay within my budget. I drove away feeling like I got great deal. Thanks for being persistent, and working hard to get this done on a blistering hot Independence Day.

TPMS install on F-150

Brought my 2013 F-150 to them today because I installed 4 new FOMCO TPMS sensors in all 4 tires but they would not relearn following FORD procedures. Service wanted to charge me 129.00 just to hook up thier test equipment to see what the problem could be. I mounted 4 new tires, 4 new sensors to save money......went across the block and stopped At Buettner' s tire and within 5 minutes they woke up the sensors and they were good to go. They charged me nothing. Home town Ford dealer........my butt.

When I called to request service for my vehicle, the...

When I called to request service for my vehicle, the price quoted was hundreds of dollars different than when I brought my car in for the service, the rep was indifferent when I told her about the difference in the price quoted, decided to only get the oil changed. It took almost an hour and a half to get the oil changed and when it was finally completed I made a statement about the length of time it took, again, indifferent, so at least there was consistency there. Sent a msg to Malloy and have not received a response. Will never go back. Had svc there before and it was a pleasant experience but it was disturbing that they cannot quote a simple regular service.

June 16 Service at Malloy Ford, Winchester, VA

My service coordinator did a great job of tracking details of my service agreement and keeping me informed regarding repairs to my car. He was professional and pleasant to talk to. His explanations were very clear to me. The men's room needed to be cleaned and could be modernized; it just doesn't look like a restroom should at such a large dealership. Same thing with the customer waiting area. It should be modernized to make the wait a little more pleasant, although I understand Covid-19 might limit a couple things that could be done with furniture and reading materials. There could be more variety in the food and drink machines.
