On March 11brought in my 2021 RX350 for an oil/filter
On March 11brought in my 2021 RX350 for an oil/filter change along with multi-point inspection. On March 23, I was in Jackson, MS to attend a funeral. Before leaving Jackson, I stopped to refuel. My car would not start. When I went to attach one of those portable car starter batteries, I noticed horrible corrosion on both terminals. There is absolutely no way a mechanic could open the hood of a car to do a "mulit-point inspection" and not notice the horrible corrosion on the terminals. I now wonder if they even changed the oil and the filter, although they did put a new sticker on the front windshield. I was extremely disappointed! There was no verbal mention of the corrosion or written documentation of it. This was not a problem with the service advisor, but with the mechanic servicing my vehicle.

What can I say?!! Best car buying experience ever. Byron was very personable, informative, patient and flat out honest. I worked a desk on a pre owned vehicle and at no time v did I feel pressured. As long as the vehicle I want to purchase is available on their lot I’ll be purchasing from Byron.

Enjoyed our no hassle experience dealing with Price LeBlanc’s Lexus. Everyone was very cordial and easy to work with. Honestly, Lexus products sell themselves. Had a 2015 Lexus and it would be hard to switch to anything else. Love my old Lexus and my new Lexus. Great product
