Very friendly, Eager to help. Tried to get things moving in a timely manner. Byron George was waiting for our arrival. When we finished in one area another person was waiting to help and do paper work. Our car was ready and waiting for us to get behind the wheel. The only area that help was needed was in the tech area. Can’t say it was Price LeBlanc’s fault. The guy was really nice. Explained some things. I think the problem is by the time you get to that point you’re ready to drive it home. Excitement and mind racing. He asked if I had any questions. I couldn’t think of anything right then. Most probably heard half of what he said. Looking like a kid in a candy store. He told me if I had any question not to hesitate, call. It would be helpful if there was also a tutorial to watch for reference. The book tells a lot, but seeing things being done sure would help more. Even if a person had to buy a tape it would be well worth it. Not every car is the same so it’s trial and error. All and all I’m A Happy Camper. In this case a Price LeBlanc Lexus Car Owner.

First time owner of a Lexus and already love the experience and vehicle. We worked with Caleb who was amazing, even came in on his day off to ensure I received the car we wanted.
