When i purchase my car I was told I would receive a loaner vehicle when needed. However, when I recently required one, I was not provided with it. This was highly inconvenient.

We will be counseling your sales associate to make sure our loaner vehicle policy is being properly communicated to our Sales guests. Loaner vehicles are reserved in advance when a guest's appointment time is scheduled to take 2 hrs or more. Of course, we make every effort to accommodate our guests, on a case-by-case basis, if loaners are still available on the day of the appointment. The service technicians obviously did a great job.
The service technicians obviously did a great job. I was surprised when my effort’s to pay with a check was denied, which was very embarrassing and frustrating. I was shocked because there was more than ample amounts of money in my bank account. Obviously, money was available, since I eventually paid with my Capital One debit card, thereby proving there was sufficient funds for the check to be approved. This particular incident overshadowed the great service rendered by the technicians.
