Great customer service

Had a great car experience with Lorenzo, really wasn't sure what I wanted but he broke it down a little better for me to understand. He was very patient with me with the questions I had. He had a positive attitude the whole time, and made my car experience very seamless. Will definitely let friends and family know about Ford Lincoln. Thanks again!

Fairfield Ford Experience

easy experience at Ford

Daryl was my sales rep.and was extremely knowledgeable on the Ford car line up. He has a low pressure style of selling but is very convincing when explaining the benefits of Ford.

Amazing.

Buying a vehicle from ford Lincoln fairfield was a very great experience for me due to the fact its a hassle free environment! I knew what vehicle I wanted and the lovely Sonja was able to do that for me without pressuring me. Not only was I happy that I got a new car but she was excited for me as well! She's great and I would definitely recommend Her to family and friends as well.

Easiest car buying experience!

Overall, I felt like I was being taken care of the entire time. From the customer service to the BBQ to the repairs done on the used vehicle I purchased. Pedro Perez was a great help! Greg was awesome too. I have highly recommended Ford Fairfield to friends and family!

Great first time buyer experience

I just purchased my first car and our saleman, Jeff Perkins made the process so easy. He took the time to listen to my needs and find a car that I could afford. What a Great Car buying Experience

I can not express how much we enjoyed the experience of getting a new car at Fairfield Ford. Our salesperson Jeff Perkins took the time to work with us threw the process making sure we were getting the car we wanted for the price we wanted to pay as well. Everyone there went above and beyond in making this experience the best possible. Starting with Jeff Perkins, then with the manager of this location and even the finance department took great care in meeting our needs. Out of all the cars we have bought in my lifetime I can not remember a better experience. You have my business today and going forward. Well be back real soon to buy that Explorer I want as well..
