Every single experience with Romano Mazda is uniformly positive. Sales, service, body shop- at every point of contact they are consistently helpful and professional.

3 weeks for a 6 hour exhaust replacement. Very unprofessional and don't hire competent mechanics. 0/10 rating. Terrible service. If you have a lease, they'll milk your insurance until they refuse the dealership to keep ordering parts

The service department will lie straight to your face. I had a quick warranty repair, first was told to drop it off anytime, part was already ordered, and could pick up same day. I call and was told service was not done yet, but vehicle could be picked up tomorrow morning. The next day comes, and work hasn't started yet. I'm told it's a big job and will take way longer that first thought. Then I get a video at 330 pm saying how more diagnostics had to be run and pickup time is unknown. One hour later the vehicle is ready for pickup. This is a commercial vehicle and my business was affected by their lack of communication and knowledge. They clearly do not care about their work, or keeping customers happy. Find another dealer group.

I want to praise my sales representative "David Slater". He was knowledgeable and extremely helpful as I made my decision to buy a new vehicle. He went up and above to see that I was happy with my purchase. I appreciate David, Steve, Romano Mazda and all the staff for my positive experience. I LOVE my beautiful RED Mazda CX5, thank you David Slater you were great, thank you!
