This was the best experience I have had while purchasing a vehicle from a dealer. Daniel was pleasant to work with and communicated well throughout the process. The staff was nice and easy to talk to and I never felt like they were being pushy. They ended up getting me just the truck I wanted and the numbers were good too.

When I bought my car I worked with Rudy Perez and Paul Gonzales. Rudy was very knowledgeable about the Ford Escape I was looking at. He answered all of my questions and even some that I didn’t know to ask. He made the whole experience so much easier than I ever would have dreamed it could be. He’s extremely professional and friendly and made me feel very comfortable. I’ll never buy from anyone else but him. Paul helped me with the financing and also made it very easy. He was very patient in explaining everything to me, even when I had to ask again later because I forgot! When I asked him questions after the fact I mentioned that I got a rock chip in my windshield. Within 5 minutes he had someone calling me to schedule an appointment to get it fixed. These two make a great team and are invaluable assets to Mel Hambelton Ford. I can’t imagine ever working with anyone else after the great experience they made sure I had.

I had an appointment but went in early and they fit me in and were friendly and very accommodating . From start to finish the process was painless and I want to thank Rudy and Tom both . They even followed me back to my place with the new truck . Will definitely shop here again !

I visited Mel Hambelton Ford today to do a trade in for my 2022 Ford Escape. I wasn't quite sure what to expect, as I am a single elderly woman. Marshall and brian treated me with respect and kindness. Never once did they try to sell me into something that I was not willing to take on. Marshall is a very Personable professional and polite young man. I really like his sales approach.
