Excellent Services
I was impressed with the short time and breakfast being served at 7:30AM in the morning. I was overdue for service and felt the change in the 320i, when I hit the freeway. My only concern was the run flats threads on the rear tires, may need replacing after 26,636 miles and i have only had the vehicle for one year. A bit concerned.

Great Genius!
Arthur did an amazing job. We actually had a phone conversation way before I decided to come into the dealership since I live so far away. After speaking to him... I thought that it would really benefit me if I actually sat down and went over the car with him. Well worth the drive from Sherman Oaks

Loving my 328i
This is my first BMW and it is amazing!! I love my brand new car and there was just so much technology in the beginning that I didn't think that it kind of kept me away from BMW. The BMW Genius Arthur really helped break things down for me and taught me how to use this car. I am in love with it

can?t believe how easy the entire process was. i?ve been to two different BMW dealerships and the hospitality does not compare Mckenna BMW! the staff goes above and beyond to make sure i feel like family! James Guan was great to work with! very friendly and did not pressure me at all! Would also like to thank Robert in finance and Tony the genius that went over the car with me! Exceptional service
I've never enjoyed buying a car. It has always been a drag, but McKenna BMW changed everything. Everybody was very nice and warm. I had no problems negotiating and got the exact 3 series that I wanted. Thank you everyone and thanks to the genius Arthur for being so patient because I came back three times before figuring out what I wanted.

Came here to buy a car but was blown away by the service. Prices are low and people are great. This genius thing is pretty funny but I see why it works for them. The lead genius Arthur did prove he's a genius! Very knowledgeable.
