Refused to replace missing mechanical key
I just purchased an Infiniti Q50 from this dealer. First off there are always a bunch of hidden fees, including the APR. A $20k car turns out to almost $30k. Then the car was handed to me with no GPS SD Card, which I had to buy at the Infiniti dealer for $178. Route 46 reimbursed me $100. Then the car was missing a tow hatch cap and the dealer replaced it. The there’s the issue of one of the two key fob remotes missing a mechanical key. These keys cost about $250 and Jason Casale, the manager, just played dumb when I inquired about them replacing the key. He claims most of their cars come with one key. Which is just not true.

Best experience ever while buying a car.
I really liked the experience I had with buying a car with Stephanny. She is so charming and works with us very efficiently to get the best deal for the car. I must say Brenda and LeLe were very accommodating. They went through a lot to get me the best deal. They made sure I was comfortable with the terms and were extremely patient with me. They have an array of cars to choose from. You can definitely find a car there no matter what your budget is. Their cars are serviced and detailed before you drive away in it. I would definitely buy here again.
