This group of dealerships have zero integrity. Lying and deception are the norm. Including Rte 46 Mitsubishi and Rte 46 Jeep Chrysler. I tried 3 times to buy the same vehicle. I have 800 credit and a the funds to pay cash. Vin Number: 2GKFLUE3XG6141773 Stock: M7165I. In March 2019 it was at Jeep. 2016 GMC terrain. Advertised at $18,900 i was invited to buy during a sale with all prices "drastically" reduced. Despite this vehicle having a an issue with the AWD system (dashboard warning) I offered $18000. I was turned down flatly as their "cost" was over $20K. Reduced by not 1 penny. 6 weeks later its at Rte 46 Mitsubishi advertised at $169000. ???? really let me check this out. I visited on April 14 2019. Keep in mind I like the car because it had all the options i want, otherwise i wouldnt chase it. Rte 46 Mitsubihi has the same owners as Rte 46 Jeep. Anyway I tell them Ill take it if the price is real plus tax and dmv. The rep tells me they have to get over $20k for the car due to their cost. I left. THIS WEEK THE ADVERTISED PRICE IS EVEN LOWER AT $16,771! Wha..??? SO i texted online and was told yes its still available. I wanted to confim before going down there that i can pay asking price plus tax and dmv. I left a message for sales mgr Jason and he called back. Sorry he says car has a deposit on it. I give my offer anyway and we hang up. Later on same day I see online its still available. I have my friend inquire online, BDC calls and says YES its available! Come on down? Are you sure? YES! We say wait, I already spoke to Jason and he said its got a deal on it. I said check with Jason. She checks and says oh yes Jason says there is a deal pending. Completely oblivious to the fact that she would have wasted my time coming down there again. I said whats the deal you just tell everyone to come down regardless? Sir im just trying to help and the info we have is on our system which is not connected to the sales system and I don't understand why you asked about it anyway if Jason already told you there is a deal. At this point you just have to give up and move on.

First and foremost, I want to thank Vinny for being an awesome salesperson. He was very hospitable and answered all of of my questions throughly. Your dealership was very clean and inviting. I would definitely return if I have another itch to buy a car.
