This place is a mad house!!

Those who wrote good reviews about this place obviously never been to any other new car dealership. The place is an absolute madhouse! First of all there is no customer parking and no space to maneveur your car once you trap inside. I and my family were there on a busy saturday and it took us nearly 4 hours to purchase our Outlander but guess what? We still had to go back to finalize our deal to sign the contract on monday and sat around another 1.5 hours.When we left with the vehicle that i purchased on saturday, i and our sales person were both agreed on "no down payment-0 interest" financing. However when i went back on Monday to sign the papers,their "reward winning financing person(!)" Jouse Alvarado told me that the bank is asking for $2500 down payment and he asked me how i would like to pay? I said i ll pay with my credit card but i will double check with the bank if they really asked for the down payment since our orig.agreement was with 0 down. All of a sudden he got offended and he shout out to the other people in the dealership"He does not wanna pay $2500,we need our car back!"(What a loser!!) I yelled at him back saying " i never said i dont wanna pay $2500". He said "he would not served me". Then the manager stormed in with the same nasty attitude at first but after i explained what happened he was more apologetic and we completed the transaction. If my family were not sitting in the car waiting for me to sign up the papers and leave,i would absolutly give them xxxx car back and walk away from their run down dealership. I guess they really think that they are the only car dealership in town. Horrible horrible experience...

BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE

The customer service I received from Stephanny Perez was OUTSTANDING! She is an amazing person who will go above and beyond to make sure that you find a vehicle that fits both your personal and financial needs. In all of my years purchasing vehicles Stephanny is by far the best Sales Consultant I have ever met. I will not go to anyone else besides her and I highly recommend that you stop in and see her. I cannot thank her enough for her wonderful customer service she gave me and how kind and caring she was. Josue Alvarado is another OUTSTANDING employee at 46 Mitsubishi. He will help you in any way that he can as he is exceptional at what he does. He will make sure that you are offered great price as well as ensuring that you receive the best financing rates possible. Willing to negotiate/Reasonable Price

I walked in, got a great deal and I was out the door with a new car in less that 30 minutes. Friendly staffs, highly professional and willing to negotiate. I recommend you visit Mitsubishi dealership at route 46 for the best reasonable cars in town. I wont hesitate to be return there for another vehicle in the future.

Bunch of thieves

I saw a Hyundai Sonata online it was for $10,991 and I called the dealership and ask them about the car availability where are you coming from I told him I'm coming from Maryland he said have you ever bought a car from us in the past three years I told him no I didn't buy any car he said oh then the price is going to be a Plus $2000 You can put the total price insted wasting my time So it's gonna be12,991$ Bunch of thieves

Highway stay away

Jose Flores never returned my call when I called and asked him why He said oh that car is sold nice guy great dealer I wouldn't elect you people dog catchers

Bate and Switch

I was looking for a car for my sister and she sent me a picture of a 2014 Nissan Versa with 45,000 miles on the carfax website. They advertised the car for $6,800 which was a great price. When I went in they said the price was $8,800. I showed him the carfax wedsite and he said they offer that deal only to returning trades coming back to buy another used car. I was so angry because I drove from Scotch Plains to test drive this car and was prepared to buy the car today. After I got over the shock of the price difference i still tried to work with them on an affordable price for the car. I asked that they lower the price $500 and i would take the car but the manager said he could not so I left. As I'm driving home the salesmen Vinny calls me to tell me "it was my lucky day" the manager decided to lower the price to $8,300. I was no longer interested in turning around to make any deals. What a waste of time. Never again!

Fantastic atmosphere

She was extremely well with services. Ask me all the questions in my vehicle choice and answered all my questions on buying a car. Related her personal experiences which I believe makes a strong sales rep

A nightmare!!

Worst experience ever .. Purchased my car from them on April 1,2017 and 60 days later i still have no plates.The Second temporary plate Expired Yesterday and they Would not offer me another one.. I have spoken to three managers and still no results ,everytime i talk to someone i get a different story or get transfered to a voicemail. They told me there was a problem with registration, then that there was a problem with the title. So many lies I don't know what to believe. it's been a nightmare !! Sales person was Anthony Hicks who no longer works there.. Sales Manager Luis Tejada who lied to my face when i visit the dealer on 5/30 .. And the only person that seem to have try to help me was Trish .....I will be going to the Honda Dealer for maintance because i can't trust these people. please stay away from this place .. I went because of the good reviews but that was not the case .

Write bad experience

I brought my car for starter problems they told me the flywheel and torque converter is damaged but it's under warranty they call me later they said Mitsubishi won't cover because the part that damage your torque converter it's not under warranty it's like you buy a brand new tire you hit the pothole and you blame the pothole that's some xxxxxxxx 0 star is too much for this xxxxing dealer and Mitsubishi
