Wasted my time and monies
Over the phone i explained that i didnt work all my days and where my credit was i was reassured that they work with u regardless. Left my new second job in NYC rushed up to this place this. Never introduce himself said hi I dont think we can help u and the person I'm to meet with is not here so he's do me a favor. On the phone I was told that they work with any of income or credit. I was Ill so I had 1 week of 18 hrs and the next at 30 @ $13.85 normal hours are 35-40. He claimed that he couldn't do anything for me 3 times before he ran my credit. After running my credit he said I can only get a vehicle for $9000. With a down payment of $5000. + tax and fees. Are you serious? He had not intention of working/helping me get into my first car

Quick and easy
The sales person we dealt with was Vinny Kline. There was no pressure to buy and no hidden agenda. They were very up front and honest which untimately helped us to decide to buy. All the information that was given was corrrect and the price was very fair. Vinny was very easy to deal with and played a huge part in our decision. He made it a point to address any of our concerns and questions with professionalism and accuracy. We were left with a good feeling about the deal and relationship when we left. Worst dealer
Tried to purchase 2 vehicles , sales person in the phone told me they had 2 cars for the price I'm asking for and told me to ask for the general sales manager when I come in and vehicles would be ready to test drive, I got to the lot and a young salesman has no idea what's going on , I asked to see the sales manager but someone else came , I asked again for the sales mgr , but the used car mgr came out , both telling me they can't give me the price I was quoted , finally I demanded the general sales mgr and he told me the same thing , I told him to call the person I talked to on the phone , to which I was repeatedly told he is u reachable at the moment , our conversation was recorded so the sales mgr offered to listen to it , he came back and said he couldn't hear it well then said he has to Waite for it to be sent to him. Then offered me the price on one of the vehicles I wanted , I said no due to the aggravation , both vehicles had issues like broken windshield and malfunctioning lifgate and missing accessories, I had enough of that dealership , I drove 2 hours to make the sale and they wasted my time and didn't even try to offer me alternative vehicles for the price or try to work with me , I've never bin this disrespected and treated like a second class citizen than by this dealership , I would not return to or recommend it and I will be writing further reviews about my horrible experience .

Horrible Day
After driving 2 hours to look at cars that were supposed to be waiting for us on the lot they were not even there. Vehicles we did look at had problems with them! False prices, one price on website another when we got there. All mangers we talked to were rude. We asked for Luis, but Alex came out to talk. So we again asked for Luis, then Jason came out. Which no one seemed to want to help us. Once again we asked to speak to Luis, finally he showed his face. But still was rude and left us standing outside every time he went back in to see if he could work a deal! We finally just walked away. Worst day ever!!!!
