Route 46 Mitsubishi

I dont recommend you to come to this dealer I went on saturday to look around and Mario Santos began to talk and eventually made me do all the credit check etc... After I told him I was going to think about it since he kept on bringing whatever was convinient for him and raised all the prices of the vehicle. He called me more then 20x emails o gosh..HE IS A LIAR HE DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO SALE HE LIES TO TRY TO TRICK YOU... I ended up going back and was actually going to make the deal left everything because since my credit was not as great I had to wait for the bank approval. He initially told me everything is ready come back tommorow because we are putting new breaks. The next day I called he told me everything is ready but i have a lot of people can you come tommorow and pick it up. I waited the extra day and guess what Luis Tejeda told me that I wasnt approved., AND THANKS GOD THEY DIDNT DO THEIR JOB BECAUSE I AM NOW RIDING A 2015 HONDA I WENT TO HUDSON HONDA AND GOT THE BEST SERVICE EVER!!!!! Thanks god MARIO SANTOS DIDNT MAKE A COMMISION OF MY MONEY!!! Dont go to this place

Awesome experience. I ended up missing my appointment at route 46 mitsubishi, however when i did get to go in a couple hours later, Chris DaSilva, whom i had the appointment with was not even mad! I went in at 8:15pm when they closed at 9pm. Although they were near the closing hour, he did not rush me. He was a very informative sales rep with a great personality. Chris even stayed until 10pm when all my paperwork was finished and let me drive away with the car that day! greatly appreciated and would definitely recommend to others

We all go through some terrible buying experience from different dealerships, Everyone knows how stressful it can be. However. my experience at Route 46 Mitsubishi was awesome!!! I walked in on a hot day stressed out, my 4 year old son was with me as well. He was throwing a fit and i was afraid it would annoy the whole dealership. But route 46 mitsubishi had a lounge with a tv that entertained my son while i was speaking with Mario. He knew exactly what i wanted and worked with the price i could afford! They even had some complimentary popcorn to distract my kid with! great hospitality, great experience. Would definitely recommend you guys come here

Great buying experience. I walked into this dealership not expecting much because of all the previous dealerships i have stopped by earlier that day. However, much to my surprise, this car buying process was quite exciting! Alex greeted me immediately as i walked in and made the car purchase very quick and easy. very polite in the price range i was looking to stay in, and a great sense of humor! Would definitely recommend to those who are looking to purchase a new vehicle

Loved Route 46 Mitsubishi! Went in with an appointment to see Gino. However, he was sick and was unable to make it in to work that day. Trish, his manager helped set up an appointment with another sales rep very quickly so my time was not wasted. these sales reps were very kind and genuinely cared about your well being unlike the other dealerships out there. walked me through the process and made sure i was understanding every little bit. GREAT GREAT place

Absolutely love this dealership! The atmosphere of this work environment is great! Made an appointment with Jajuan ahead of time because i know how busy dealerships can become. I ended up going a hour earlier and Jajuan was there to help me still! Customer service was amazing and although i was not ready to purchase vehicle on spot, Jajuan was very understanding and made an appointment with me later that week to pick up my beautiful little mirage! highly recommended

He wouldn't give us the car we wanted just kept telling us it was going to bring up monthly payments up, he shows us a car we did not like and was not interested in then he leaves us outside to go eat when the delivery boy comes with his food he didn't get his change so ran out cursing then tells us he will get back to us in 2 weeks the next day we receive a email from him asking us if we wanted the car he wouldn't even let us look out

By far the best car buying experience EVER!!!!! My experience at Route 46 Mitsubishi was phenomenal! My salesman Christopher Da Silva was well educated and very informative about the different vehicles I test drove. Although purchasing a vehicle is known to be a long drawn out process, I didn't feel stressed out one bit, Chris, made me feel comfortable and was very accommodating. I test drove at least three cars before I found the one I wanted. Nevertheless, Chris was more than happy to grab each car with a smile. When it was time to purchase the vehicle he worked with me the whole time to make sure I was happy. He helped me understand and made the process pretty painless and didn't pressure me into any additional services/ warranties. However, taught me the importance of the warranty and what it covers. Although I declined the warranty he did not try to sway my decision. It was such a pleasure working with this dealership. In fact, my brother came back a few days later and traded his car in! We saw Chris again because of course he was AWESOME last time! Chris did his magic and we experienced the same level of professionalism . I really can't say one bad thing about this dealership or their employees. All I can say is I never wrote a review, but I truly felt the need to express my experience. If you haven't visited Route 46 Mitsubishi.... What are you waiting for? You won't regret it! Ask for Chris and let the world know how great of salesperson he is! I'll be forever a customer of his!!

don't let the size of this dealership throw you off. despite being a small dealer, their have a massive inventory of very nice used and new vehicles! nice sales rep and clean, organized inside. recommended
