Route 46 Mitsubishi

I'm sitting in the dealership right now. Working with the sales rep Kim. She is such a sweetheart. Everyone at this dealership is extremely friendly and welcoming. When i had walked in i was immediately greeted by sales rep Kim and offered coffee/tea and bagels/muffins! talk about southern hospitality. did not have to wait long at all. i was immediately seated and worked with. it has been an hour now and i am now waiting for my new lancer to come out of the car wash! i cannot wait. very pleasant visit to a dealership!

I found the staff of Route 46 Mitsubishi to be very helpful. I arrived a hour before they stated they closed after missing my previous appointment with Mona Feldman. She told me it was no problem and that she would still take care of me. I later found out that she lives all the way in new york! She was very kind to stay after hours to help me out, along with the special finance manager trish. i will definitely be coming back!

Without making an appointment, i decided to stop by to check out their used inventory. Knowing i have very poor credit, i spoke with Trish Edmondson, the special finance manger and she was more than kind enough to take time out of her busy schedule to sit down and see what i needed. After walking the lot with her personally, we wrote down some stock numbers that i was interested in and she paired me up with chris dasilva, a special finance sales rep. they both assisted me to the fullest and i left that day with a beautiful honda accord!! seriously one of the best dealerships i have been to, definitely worth stopping by.!!

I never thought id walk into the first dealership of the day and end up buying a vehicle. I finally had a day off for me to go car shopping, i was excited because i had the whole day to take my time i was looking for something with a third row seating. When i had visited this mitsubishi dealership, Duane Martinez was the Sales rep that assisted me. He showed me the Outlander. I immediately fell in love with the vehicle. He also recommended the touring package to me because of the fact i have 3 boys who arent so fond of keeping cars clean. with the leather seats, i have less to worry about! after working with this wonderful sales rep we reached a very very honest and reasonable price! they had me smiling the whole time, could not have asked for a better car buying experience.

I had several phone calls and emails inviting me over to Mitsubishi on route 46. i decided to set an appointment, and i even ended up going in a half hour early, however, Chris Dasilva saw me right away. no wait. he made me feel right at home and the dealership at whole was very friendly. Trish Edmondson was the finance manager that signed me all up, another great person! The process was far from scary, they had me giggling the whole time! Favorite dealership i have yet been to. Definitely visit!

Mike Ko was the general sales manager of this Mitsubishi dealership. He had a great sense of humor and was extremely knowledgably about all the vehicles in his inventory. Hands down one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had! definitely coming back to Route 46 Mitsubishi when my lease is up to lease another.

I found this dealership to have the a great bunch of salesmen/women working here. They care for your well being and definitely look out for your best interest when selling you a vehicle. despite the small size, it would definitely be a mistake to not stop by and check out this Mitsubishi dealership!

After having a bad experience at the nissan dealership next door, i decided to stop by mitsubishi because it was so conveniently close. didnt have much hope because i was told my credit was too low to work with. however, when i had arrived at mitsubishi. IMMEDIATELY i was greeted when i entered the parking lot. right off the bat the atmosphere was already better. i worked with the salesman jajuan who was extremely patient with me. the whole process took about 3 hours. of course it wasnt the shortest of processes but, he was able to get me approved for a beautiful honda accord that nissan didnt even bother to try as hard. very much appreciated and highly recommended!

Great dealership. Would highly recommend to those who like a quick process. The salesmen were very knowledgable about their vehicles and truthful about their price. Trish is a special finance manager thay assisted in my purchase. She not only made me and my family feel at home but was very understanding of my situation. Despite my bad credit she was able to put me into the car that I desired.
