Great Dealership! Amazing Staff and Prices!

This is probably the BEST dealer I've dealt with in the state. If you're looking for a dealership that will take the extra time to help you get the best value for your purchase this is the dealer you've been looking for! I've been looking for a car for some time now so I've dealt with many of the dealers in the state, many of them can be rude, not helpful and really over priced and of course they'll bad mouth other dealerships. Honestly always get your own opinion. Dealing with this dealership I must say they have the best customer service, their staff immediately came up to me to offer help and assistance with finding a car. I dealt with Derek who was great and was able to locate the car and assist me with prices for the lease. Afterwards I spoke directly to their manager Michael, unlike most dealers who's managers wont even take the time to greet you when you want to buy a car this manager sat down, broke down the numbers for me, thoroughly explained the lease details. Being the first time I leased a car, and actually purchased a car. They went above and beyond helping me to understand what the numbers in a lease mean, weather leasing is right for me and how to get the best deal I could get. The manager and the associate were there discussing details with me for over 3 hours. Tell me what dealership actually has a manager that will sit down with you take the time of day to help you get a real deal. A++ for customer service. Now to the serious details pricing. Their pricing was great. They offered me a price that all the Mitsubishi dealers in new jersey couldn't even come close to. They are really there for you benefit and not to break your bank. If you want to save your time going from dealer to dealer. Just start here. Take your time and discuss some numbers and know that when you leave here you'll have the best deal and service you can get. They have great inventory, a good dealership and amazing customer service. Don't waste your time with any other Mitsubishi dealerships, Route 46 Mitsubishi is the best dealer around here.

Leased my second car from and will continue leasing in the future from this location. Highly recommend this place and had my friends lease from here too. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Second car from here

This is my second lease from this location and to be honest with you I love my car and the staff was amazing and very helpful. Highly recommend this place and will go back for my third lease. I drove from Yonkers, NY to Tatowa, NJ to give my business to them. I've recommended this place to all my coworkers and friends! All have purchased from here.

I visited Route 46 Mitsubishi to purchase a 2014...

I visited Route 46 Mitsubishi to purchase a 2014 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport on Saturday 2/22/2014. I spoke with a very nice sales person by the name of Chris (didn't get his last name). I told him that I had a trade-in (2007 Outlander); he took my car keys and had the car appraised. Chris came back to the desk and I told him that I would not need financing as I would be paying the car in full. I told Chris how much I would like to spend for the car "out-the-door." I gave him a round number (13 K). Chris asked me for my credit card to show that I was serious. I gave him my credit card and told him I would like the full amount charged if he could make the deal. Chris took my offer AND credit card to his sales manager. Within 5 minutes he came back and congratulated me on the purchase. While I was waiting for Chris to come back from his sales manager's office I had decided on the gray color Outlander Sport. I asked Chris if I could test drive the actual VIN I was going to be buying. He stated that the one I was buying was at another lot but I could try the Aqua one they had out front. So I agreed to test drive the one they had available. When we came back I expected to just sign some paperwork and come back later that day (or Monday) to pick up my gray Outlander Sport. To my surprise, Chris told me that I could not charge the balance on my credit card as they would be charged too much by the credit card company (6%). I'm not sure why this was coming up now after the salesperson shook my hand earlier and said we had a deal. He said I could charge $3000 and give him a bank check for difference. I explained that I like to make all my purchases on credit card as I use the "miles" for traveling. As a compromise, I told the sales Manager (think it was David Majeed) I'd be happy to give him a bank check for the full amount however I would expect him to come down to $12,750 so I can recoop the value of the lost miles. He denied my offer w/o a counter-offer or explanation. What bothered me most was the fact that they made a deal and shook my hand just minutes earlier and then "moved the cones" after the deal was made. I used the same phrase to David Majeed. Then what was worse is that I came up with compromise that would save him money and me money; only losing out would be the credit card company. Anyway I thought I'd share my experience.

Dont buy

Do not buy a car on this dealership the prize changes like 3000 more than the prize listed online and when you get there all salesman are playing and texting on their phones not to mention the manager that told me" if you dont like it shut up and leave,! Biggest jerk ever.... Dont waists your time please

Great Experience

When I went into the dealership I met with a gentlemen named Christopher Clark he is very honest and I bought an Outlander from him for a very good price. If you need a salesman handle it with him because he is the utmost gentleman and also cute!!! :)

i got the car of my dreams because of the sales people who work here. orlando helped me get approved even though my credit was not the best and patryk s. was helpful over the phone. the whole process was easy and i could not be happier. would recommend going here for a classy, reliable, car.

Helped me get approved when everyone else said no

I was bouncing from car dealership to car dealership looking to get a loan and everywhere I went the answer was no. Then I came across this dealership and figured it was worth a try. Just a few minutes after I filled out the application and submitted they contacted me. I came in the next day and was able to leave with a car the same day. Friendly sales staff. Helped me out tremendously, they were able to help when others couldn't. Definitely coming back.

going here was one of the greatest decisions Ive ever...

going here was one of the greatest decisions Ive ever made. i was looking for a new car for weeks and every place i went to was rude and pushy other than this. angie was a big help, knew exactly what i wanted, did not try to get me to buy a more expensive car. i needed something for the family, something safe and reliable with a good price. she worked with my budget and credit. patryk helped me connect to her over the phone. very thankful and pleased with the services here.
