Great Service

Very helpful, friendly service Department. Kept us updated on the service we needed for our car. Vacuumed the car when we picked it up. It was too cold to wash it but that was offered as well.

Great Service Department!

I found the service desk associate, Nick, to be very helpful and knowledgeable.The waiting area is comfortable. The car came back cleaner than when I brought it in!

Great service by Tom and co workers

Tom helped me out and he was amazing and also the technician who got my tire fixed quickly. We came from out of town and it was really busy and of course unexpected for us so it was nice that he offered snacks and got us in and out quickly and for a good price

Great service & excellent communication

After finding myself in a tough spot due to my car’s motor suddenly seizing, I called Kia in North Aurora for help. John, the service manager, helped get my car checked over, explained the process, and kept me updated as they moved through the different steps. I was extremely out of my comfort zone, so this communication was extremely important to me. Ultimately, a new motor was covered by my warranty and they replaced it within a week- I was so impressed with the turnaround time. Their customer service and communication were both top of the line and the courtesy car rented to me was brand new and extremely clean. When I arrived to pick up my car, the service department pulled the courtesy car and my personal car into the bay and switched my childrens’ carseats/belongings back to my personal vehicle, so I wouldn’t have to brave the cold with my little ones. The service I received was amazing across the board and I’ll forever recommend John and the rest of the crew. Excited to return when it’s time to buy my next Kia!
