Excellent service in the time they completed my ca

The service department completed the task at hand and did more of the work needed. They friendly and recommend future work needed. They are what service department should all be.

Great service but a bit pricey

Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable but the cost was a bit high. I can find better prices elsewhere so will need to shop around

superb customer service

John's customer service is excellent, he was very friendly and did a great job in keeping me up to date on the status of when the tire was going to arrive and then provide prompt service. Couldn’t ask for a better positive experience then what I received today.

The work was done, the accommodations are good with snacks, coffee and water to drink. The staff are friendly as well.

Great Customer Service & very accommodating.

I came into the service department as a walk in for an oil change & was able to get in & out with in the hour. Richard Olsen was my Service Advisor & really did a great job to get it done in a timely manner & squeeze me in.

After texting and several phone calls when I texted a request for an OTD price for a Niro EX Touring and after several solicits to me if I am still interested. "You need to come in to get the best deal" Really ?? So I can stay for hours and play games??? No Thanks. Lousy dealer practices. I'll never go back in the future...ever. Most car dealers are total idiots and think all of us are idiots. I did buy one elsewhere.
