Great service, as always!

I purchased a vehicle with them in 2016 and have continued to stick with Gerald Kia of North Aurora since. They take care of their customers; always very friendly and helpful! I've gotten great deals on the vehicles I have purchased with them; they do everything they can to get you in the vehicle you're looking for while remaining within budget, and they honor commitments with no hassle. Not to mention, when someone dented my car 4 days after I had purchased it, they fixed it for free even though I had not purchased the scratches-and-dents-protection package (kind of an extended warrantee). Highly recommend!

Good service

Kia- Aurora

The supervisor was super nice and informative when dropping and picking up my car! Wish scheduling and selecting an appointment to wait for the car at the dealership was easier to come by. I scheduled far in advance and still didn’t have that option. I live 45 min. away and the oil change took over 2 hours. Also, the last 2 times, I wasn’t given a sticker of my mileage for the next visit and my service was never reset so my car continued to show that it needed tk service until I googled how to shut it off. It was an easy fix, but still feel that should have been checked as part of job.

Great Dealership

Our salesman Adil was very knowledgeable about the vehicle we were interested in purchasing and ran through every detail. The experience of buying a new car at Gerald Kia was very low pressure a much better than the experience we had on our last new car purchase at another dealership.

Great Dealer

Loved our Salesman James ~ very nice he let the process evolve without being pushy. This is our 3rd Kia and we could not be happier and very satisfied with the sales & service center. Very accommodating.
