Very attentive and fast. I had the pleasure to meet a few employees at Cochran and they are all very professional and knowledgeable. I had the pleasure to buy a from there and get some repairs.

I been going to Cochran Kia since 2012. I just got off the phone with Dave in there service department. I wanted to let you a person looking for a great dealership Robinson Kia is the place to go! 5 stars for them! Back to Dave he was very pleasant and knowledgeable. I called to set up an oil change appointment, which was done with ease! Thank you Dave and thank you Robinson, Kia, for all the years of great service.

From sale to delivery, this team wins! They offered a fair price on my trade, and made the entire process comfortable and seamless. It was my sales guy, Geddy, his manager, and the interaction between the entire team was wonderful! If you want to buy a car, call Geddy at Cochran! He’s a good dude who didn’t pressure me, but listened to me! Kudos Geddy! Maybe I should say, Rush to meet Geddy!

I’ve been dealing with Cochran Kia since 2012. I received a letter and email from Mike saying there interested in my car to trade in for an up grade. I was leasing a 2021 Kia Sportage lx. So I went in and left with a beautiful 2023 Sportage ex awd sapphire blue! As alway The Robinson sales department service department and everybody there made this an easy process thank you again guys thank you Ron thank you Cissy and Steven!

Called prior to driving 40 minutes to be sure KUA Robinson still offered EXPRESS oil changes, was told yes. Got there and Igor (didn’t catch his real name) said he couldn’t do it, he was booked all day. I said I am here for the express oil change and he rudely said I can make an appointment or you can leave your car and come back at the end of the day and pick it up. The whole point is express is so you do not need an appointment… worst service department I have ever dealt with. So an hour and a half of my time and a quarter tank of gas to get there and back and no oil change. I have bought 4 brand new vehicles there but I don’t think I will go back, I have had several issues with the service department and my money will spend anywhere. Anywhere but there. He can take his attitude and rudeness and shove it where the Sun don’t shine!

The team members were pleasant, helpful, and courteous. Although it seemed to take a long time for the paperwork to be completed, after I saw how much paperwork was involved, I understood why!!!

I took my car in for standard oil change/tire rotation service and I was informed my wait would he about an hour. That's standard but then they told me about how my car was also at the point that it needed other maintenance done too, which I was happy to oblige. My issue is that from there, the service took another hour or 2 so my appointment was at 2 but I didn't leave the dealer until 5 so the service was good overall. Just very slow for adding 1 other maintenance task to my car.

The process from start to finish could not have been smoother. I indicated my interest on the car on their website and was contacted first thing the next day. All my questions were answered promptly, a test drive was scheduled, and 2 hours after the drive we drove it home. Great experience!

I just bought my third car from #1 Cochran and I expect it will not be the last. Everyone I dealt with in the process has taken personal care to make sure I got the car that matched my price and requirements with no pressure, never pushing an agenda but simply listening to what I wanted and trying to help me find it. My salesman, Gabe, even remembered all my kids from prior conversations and asked about them even though he never actually met them in person.
