Jeff Albrizzio helped find the PERFECT Pre-Owned vehicle for me! I am a 63 year old Grandmother which is always busy with my Grandbabies soo I needed a more spacious and safer vehicle than my 97' Ford Mustang!!! he showed me a 2007 Honda CR-V with 57k miles and I fell in love with it at first sight! I had a great experience working with Jerry Ikenouye, George Estrada, and Nick Nassari. These three help me trade in my old car for a brand-new lease on a Kia Optima hybrid which I love. The gas mileage is saving me money already! I would highly recommend them, they made the car buying process very easy. Being newly single, I was a little bit nervous about buying a car on my own. I felt completely at ease and did not feel pressured at all. I know I got a GREAT DEAL!

Drew Zimmy was amazing. Not only did he make my car buying experience amazing, but an enjoyable one! We originally went in hopes of finding a car for my sister. Little did I know, I'd be walking out with a new car for myself. Drew was patient and very helpful. He wasn't afraid to give us some space, but was there as soon as we needed anything. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend his to anybody that I know.

George Estrada was the perfect salesperson. He was very helpful and was able to answer all my questions and concerns that I had. He was very personable, very knowledgeable, very professional, he made me feel I was the most important even over trying to just sell me a vehicle he wanted to make sure I was going to be happy and get everything I wanted in my decision. I would totally recommend to have George or any of the other sales representatives help with buying a car here.

This by far was the best car buying experience I had ever had from the beginning. I was in a car accident, and I called KIA for their help in trading in my car. From the first day, Sean was amazing, answered all my questions and was just so helpful from the beginning, trying to help me get the best I could for my car even when my own car insurance was not supportive. The first time I was able to go to the dealer I met Sean (did not know he was the manager..until he told me!! haha) and he sent over Miguel, I was able to test drive the Optima 2015, not once did they pressure me or keep getting on my back to buy the car. After I received my estimate from my insurance from my car, Sean did all he could to help me get the best I could, and today was just the icing on the cake, unfortunately Miguel was not there, and I am not going to lie, I was a little sad because Miguel has just been super nice the first time I was there but Sean sent over Anthony and I have never had such a smooth transition. Sean and Anthony both worked together to help me out and were able to get me the payments I could offered and not once did they pressure honestly it like family, never have I had or heard of such an amazing dealership, but now with my brand new Kia Optima and the amazing service that Kia gives, there is no other place I would want to ever buy a car from, I was so excited that when I left I just had to give Sean a huge hug for how hard he worked to help me get not just a good deal, but a new car and amazing customer service, Anthony even helped me get all my stuff out my old car and unscrewed my alumni licenses plate...just because!! :) Kia you are theee best!!!

I must say Jeff Albrizzio was such a pleasure to work with. He did a great job making sure we received the best deal out there. I absolutely love my Optima and have let everyone know that I trust KIA over all the other brands out there. My experience with the service department was also very good. They are a great team at Kirby Ventura and I would definitely return and would recommend them to anyone who asks.
