I highly recommend Kirby Subaru of Ventura, by far the easiest car shopping experience of my life. Alex Iker, the salesman was ultra helpfup and was able to get me exactly what I wanted for the price I wanted. I wanted to buy but was unsure of which car. I searched online and found Kia of Ventura., their salesman responded first and had a car with a price and offered a no obligation test drive. I responded and told him I would be in the next day. I called and he was not working but Michael Schmitt "Smitty" was. I was helped quickly, everyone was professional at all times, and there a short 3 hours before I drove home with my car. A 2014 brand new Soul!!!.

I went in with the intention of just looking at the Kia Sporatage and left home with it! George Estrada was extremely helping with everything. He explained just about every feature on the car. And was very helpful in explaining everything to me especially things that I was not aware of. The test drive was great and I fell in love. This was my first car purchase and I am 25 years old. the whole process was great down to getting a good deal on my car to the whole process of signing all my paper work. Ed Myers was also a great help. George helped me once I was done with everything and helped me connect on phone to the car and explain and showed me the UVO features that were in the car.
