Excellent service. Completed full car service. Service center recognized need for a transmission flush. Also had an antifreeze flush & oil change. Waited at the service center. All servicing did not take an extreme amount of waiting time. Job well done!

I was given a 9:00am appointment the day after I called. Ashley Munoz, the service representative who helped me when I brought my Cmax in for its annual check up, gets my highest recommendation. She was completely on top of explaining what would be done, and keeping me apprised, as diagnostics discovered bigger issues. At 55,000+ miles, the car was found to need new brakes and rotors. Ashley arranged to have this done the same day and estimated it would be finished by 4pm. (It was done at 3:45pm.) Ashley is clearly very knowledgeable, but is also able to communicate this clearly and pleasantly to the customer. It's a rare combination! She gets top marks from me for the whole experience :))

I had a problem with the tire air pressure on Tuesday night. I went to All American early Wednesday AM without an appointment. They took my car right into the Service area and fixed the situation promptly.

She spent a great deal of time figuring out how much it would cost to buy out my old lease and also how much it would cost to lease a new 2025 Explorer. After describing what I wanted in a new car, she located a new vehicle in a few days. She kept me informed what was going on every step of the way. The transaction went smoothly, and I am driving a new 2025 Ford Explorer Platinum Edition. Great work on Jennifer’s part. Great sales person and very professional and nice. Great experience.
