We purchased a new car from this dealership in 2023.
We purchased a new car from this dealership in 2023. We live in North Dakota and were told at the last moment that this place won't accept a check from our state. They only accept checks from Minnesota! They wouldn't accept cashier's check, they wouldn't accept a check in advance. They just love to humiliate customers from other states! It felt quite unpleasant to buy a car from these guys! And the MINI COOPER is considered a luxury brand! So, be aware of the joy of buying an expensive small car and being insulted right in the face, if you happen to be a non-Minnesotan. Otherwise, we had an appointment and we were made to wait to be able to see, inspect, and check our new car. Overall, not what should be expected when one is spending this much on a product, no matter car or anything else.
