The sales process was smooth and easy with my sales person, Mark Craig, providing great knowledge about Subaru. Mark was professional and very friendly. The business office was efficient and a pleasure to work with. Service has also been amazing every time I have used them in the past. All employees seem to get along great and have a good time together. An amazing team at DuTeau Subaru!

They were very nice without any pressure and kept in touch with us before and afer our purchase. CHAD was great I helping me set up my phone and answering my questions and told me if I had any more to contact him!

Great service. Since this was the 30,000 mile service they had the loaner vehicle ready to go when I arrived and were prompted in getting the service done in the amount of time they had quote. Service people were professional and friendly.

Was a great experience! Knew what I wanted, test drove, and next day went back and bought my car! The salesman was great as Was the rest of the staff!

The people I worked with were good, I had my car in for a total of 6 weeks in the last year. I’m disappointed in the quality of my car. I had 2 torque converters put in within the last year. The accelerator still doesn’t work right! Can an expert call me and explain why they can’t get the car right? I’m depending on someone to call me. I’m certainly not going a to buy another Subaru again if I don’t hear from you.
