No pressure selling environment

My experience at this dealership was great. I have worked with Ramon Bejaran who was very patient and resourceful. It allowed me to inspect as many cars as I wanted to make sure I make the good decision. By kindly asking some of his colleagues to work beyond closing hours, he went through great lengths to make sure the car was ready the same afternoon for me to take home despite the delays experienced with my insurance company.

80k service

Jeff' is a pleasure to work with. I didn't have an appointment, but he took care of everything. I don't think there is a better VW dealer for sales and service in New England. Thanks again

Check engine light and broken engine cover.

Jeff McNally was very good at keeping me informed of the process of the 3+ hour process. Even though the parts were overpriced ($75 for a 2" hub cover!?!), the service was very good

Appraisal for my car

Got an appraisal for my car seemed pretty fair. Had to go in as well to get a bulb replaced to the rear tail light. Great job on service.

Would STRONGLY recommend

Was greeted by Jeff when I drove into the garage. I had never been to VW for an oil change before, I had done it myself to save money, but the dealer oil change was actually very cost effective. Everyone who dealt with me or my car went above and beyond to make sure that I knew what was going on with my vehicle, and had great customer service. I have already told my VW driving friends. Thanks!

Above and beyond....!

My VW needed service and I was greeted by Andrei. He understood the problem and assured me that it would be fixed promptly. If I had to wait for my car, he offered me a clean waiting area equipped with a variety of drinks and large screen TV. If I did not want to wait he offered me a ride. I was all set. My car in fact was fixed promptly and completely.It was also vacuumed and washed. That is excellent service!

George provided a smooth car buying experience
