My experience at this dealership was great. I have worked with Ramon Bejaran who was very patient and resourceful. It allowed me to inspect as many cars as I wanted to make sure I make the good decision. By kindly asking some of his colleagues to work beyond closing hours, he went through great lengths to make sure the car was ready the same afternoon for me to take home despite the delays experienced with my insurance company.

Jeff' is a pleasure to work with. I didn't have an appointment, but he took care of everything. I don't think there is a better VW dealer for sales and service in New England. Thanks again

Jeff McNally was very good at keeping me informed of the process of the 3+ hour process. Even though the parts were overpriced ($75 for a 2" hub cover!?!), the service was very good

I brought my GTI in for a product recall and found the process efficient and easy and the interface with all employees courteous and competent.

My VW needed service and I was greeted by Andrei. He understood the problem and assured me that it would be fixed promptly. If I had to wait for my car, he offered me a clean waiting area equipped with a variety of drinks and large screen TV. If I did not want to wait he offered me a ride. I was all set. My car in fact was fixed promptly and completely.It was also vacuumed and washed. That is excellent service!

Purchased a new golf alltrack after selling back my Audi diesel as part of recall. George provided a smooth and friendly buying process aligned with the separate Audi buyback process.
