James in service was terrific. I couldn’t have ask for a better customer service contact. He kept in close contact with me and explained the necessary services my car needed. AND he made sure I had a loaner for the duration.

I inquired about a Passat online and was immediate put in touch with James. I went and saw the car same day and he had it ready to test drive. James was very knowledgeable about the features and mechanics. While they're pricing was higher than other dealerships near me and I wish the price includes the pre-owned certification, the negotiation process was reasonable and frustrations free. From the paperwork to the ease of picking up your car, James and the rest of the team made it easy with no hidden charges or gimmicks. They even threw in rubber mats for free. I'm very happy that I'm driving the exact model I wanted. I'd definitely buy from Kelly Volkswagen again!

This dealership is quite far from where I live but I decided to head out there after reading great reviews and the great deals they had. I was not disappointed and was extremely glad I made the trip. James came to help as soon as we showed up- he was wonderful to work with and was so down to earth, up front and honest it made the whole process easier than I ever had expected. He makes sure you find the car you love is patient and helpful and caring every step of the way. The finance department is also amazing and answered any and all questions with honesty and humor. Overall, from start to finish just a great service experience. Dave was my adviser, explained everything, and the car was ready on time - and even washed. The coolest thing was getting a video from the tech showing what they looked over on my car. Definitely an A+ for service. The best!

Clean, new facility, quick turnaround and loaner car nice but charged a lot for repairs that should have been covered by extended warranty. Requested estimate for body work. None given.

Anthony in sales and Barry in finance were both sincerely friendly and personable as well as competent. All questions patiently and thoroughly answered and no rush on test drives or push on decisions involving the car itself or extras being offered, i.e. extended warranties etc. Which brings us to another subject worth mentioning; Kelly made the best up front offers on warranties and financing without having to ferret them out ourselves, ( my partner is also in the process of making a purchase). In fact, I wasn't even seriously thinking of buying just now but had gone along with her for test drives as she is one of those affected by the TDI buyback. We both ended up purchasing new 2015 TDI Sportwagens cleared for sale this spring. So far so good!

Came in to look at the 2017 Jettas. Was pleasantly greeted by David upon arrival and he pointed me in the direction of exactly what I was looking for. He answered any and all questions I had about the car, whether technical or financially related. This was perhaps the smoothest buying experience I have had to date.
