Bill is the type of salesperson that I will use as a benchmark of service. He was very informative, patient and, never once made us feel pressured. He took the time to follow-up with us and was always available to answer questions. If you're looking for a salesperson that will guide you through all the ins and outs of a purchase and, educate you on all aspects of the vehicle and it's competition, Bill is your guy.

The staff where pleasant but the issue with my car was
The staff where pleasant but the issue with my car was not resolved, after they said it was something as simple as a TPS sensor in my spare tire quite disappointing and I drove from Sioux City is the real kicker

sub par service
Unfortunately the dealership provides a significantly sub par service compared to other luxury dealers. Having purchased a 2021 RX350 from this dealership I feel very unwelcome in their service department and was told that I am not able to have a loaner car while my car is getting 20,000 mile oil change that cost $296.54. Customer service and appreciation is significantly better at other dealerships.

Went in for a recall service.
Went in for a recall service. The vehicle was returned to me washed, vacuumed and a full tank of gas. I paid nothing for the service. Nick was awesome to deal with. He was prompt and courteous. Thanks
