Our 2017 RX359 was due for an oil change and 90k service
Our 2017 RX359 was due for an oil change and 90k service as well as needing tire replacement. Nick, senior tire consultant, gave me options for the tires, worked up comparisons, explained specifics of the tires Lexus recommends, and guided me to the purchase. He also coordinated the 90k maintenance and tire install for the same day. On the day of the appointment I was greeted when I entered the facility, checked in and given a loaner car. Our vehicle was ready when promised. The interior and exterior were clean and the car was ready to go! Thank you Lexus of Omaha. .
