One of the best buying experiences of my life
This was one of the easiest buying experiences of my life. I wanted an Edge limited with certain features and the payment to be within a certain range. They called me when they located the precise vehicle, in the color I wanted, and the payment was almost precisely in the middle of the range I requested. From beginning to end the staff was polite, professional, well-informed, and thorough. I can recommend this dealership enough!

Great experience every time!
Check in was quick. Getting the rental car was painless and they even upgraded me to a Titanium Focus at no extra charge. The work was inexpensive and they even were proactive with letting me know of other maintenance items. I bought this car at Capital Ford and will continue to service it there (even through a major competing dealership is < 3 miles from my house). When it is time to buy another one, I will be back at Capital!

Great service as usual...
Service was great as usual. I went in thinking I'd have to replace the heater coil in my 2007 Ford Edge. Jeff called with news that this would not be the case and advised me with options to remedy the issue (smelled like coolant in the main cabin when heat was on, especially the defroster). The only item I wasn't completely satisfied with was the charge to examine my brakes. I have three Ford vehicles that only go for service at Capital (Quick Lane and Service Center off Millbrook). It is not that a charge wasn't warranted, but it wasn't expected when I was already getting service and simply requested my brakes be checked. The last brake service was done at Capital. I recently started to experience a high-pitched screeching sound. Typically this is checked when I have 'The Works' package done, but I didn't want to wait till the next service when I already had it in the shop.

The Ford service advisor Michael Young was very helpful. He took the time to explain my bill and help me find Owner Advantage $ to help pay for my bill. Impressed that the dealership took the time to have a followup call to make sure my problem was solved.
