Performance Toyota Bountiful

Grady is exceptional as always. The wait times are pretty ridiculous though. My “appointment” for a tire rotation was scheduled for 3pm. I waited for two hours and didn’t leave until 5pm. This has happened multiple times now. Frankly, if it wasn’t for Grady, I would take my business elsewhere.

Mark was great and handle things well! I had a tire that was badly punctured and oil change. Mark made this veteran really happy on Veterans day!

Repairs were done quickly after I brought in the part since it was out of stock from Toyota great communication from service representative always happy with Toyota service

Awesome service as always! We choose going to Bountiful over Riverdale which is closer to us, thank you for the great service. We love our Tundra!

Struggling with this review. I’ve always dealt with Toyota of bountiful and thought very highly of them, I still do - but service I received yesterday was not up to par.

BAD BUSINESS!!!! Go elsewhere. Where to start.. Gf and her mom already had financing, they gave false reasons as to why they needed to run their own credit check. Showed them vehicle value based on an off road Premium 4Runner when in fact the one they were selling them was a regular off road. Making them think they were getting a great deal. Not the case. Easily 5 other vehicles on the market with less miles, certified warranties, better packages for well under this “deal”. Went in to reason with them after I was shown this “deal” and got the ol’ “Well they already signed the contract so...” Charged them around 2 grand for blacked badge replacements. 2 ft vinyl wrap of bumper piece and black exhaust tip. (Badges and exhaust tip retail price under 400$, 1600$ for a piece of vinyl?) They did agree to scratching the original accessories package for some alternative upgrades. They put the complete wrong tires on. Threw the original wheels and tires in the back, tires not remounted to wheels after they removed the sensors, no bags, damaged the trim in the back of the vehicle. Thanks guys!! Lol The salesman verbally said scratches and minimal damage would be fixed.. they did some. The one area they did fix, the “Rocky Mountain pinstripes” in the drivers side, they drivers door is now not sitting flush with the front quarter panel. We have pictures of the vehicle before it was dropped back off for the the new wheels and tires and this was not the case before. We have now been waiting 2 weeks for the right tires. Exact opposite of earning someone’s business. This is why people don’t like car salesman. Do better. Care more about something other than your wallets. Since you guys don’t seem to want to work with us on the deal I’ll be making it a point to get the word out about your bad business.

Terrible service. What their test run with vehicle thought everything was going to be good however though it’s been over a week and a half now they will not return phone calls or emails all I wanted was an answer on an approval the salesman (Sam) kept telling me in the very beginning that I would be approved as a payment so I was looking for when I asked to see this in writing it was never given to me I was given the runaround and they keep saying they are going to get back to me. It’s been almost two weeks now since I applied for the loan don’t trust them

Fantastic service! I used to go to a dealer 5 min from my home, now I drive 20 miles because the service is that good!

I was met promptly by the service advisor and the service was clearly defined. I was then sent a short video going over the condition of the tire wear and brake pad wear as well as antifreeze and brake fluid. The only negative was an oil change and tire rotation took 2 hours. The car was returned freshly washed.

Great service writer, took good care of me in getting new tires. I get all my service done here. I definitely recommend Toyota Bountiful. Thanks Zak!
