My car was damaged while there. Still have not heard back from the service manager! :/ After a few times having issues at this location, I am thinking of not returning to Toyota Bountiful.

Arrived for scheduled (and prepaid) oil change at 7am....
Arrived for scheduled (and prepaid) oil change at 7am. Told it will be one hour. At 8am, I was informed techs drained oil but because Parts Manager was not onsite they didn’t have access to new oil. At 9am, I was informed that they had no estimate on completion. I was put on courtesy shuttle. 30 minutes later, I receive a call that work is complete and we turn shuttle around and return to dealership. Andrew was nice enough but I have no words to describe the overall service experience.

I call to make a tire rotation service appointment for...
I call to make a tire rotation service appointment for 1pm and supply my email and phone. I then get plenty of reminders via sms and email to show up at 1pm only to be told there is a 4 hour wait. This dealership cannot organize its servicing to be on time. When I agree later to get a wheel alignment I am told it will be 1 hour and I will be contacted when ready. I never get contacted but instead have to get the car the next day. Every time I deal with this dealership I never get what I am told.

Brought my RAV4 in for routine service. Check in process...
Brought my RAV4 in for routine service. Check in process was pleasant though I was surprised that the time quoted for time to complete multi point inspection and tire rotation was 1.5-2 hours. Thankfully it only took one hour as I had not prepared to wait 2 hours. Service was done well.
